Frank was great! These people who write bad reviews likely can never be pleased or satisfied and probably screwed up. Frank takes his time and gets it right. Also, I scratched my glasses in the first week and he made sure I recieved brand new lenses free of charge! Excellent service!
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came here and my glasses and contact lenses are not correct. Frank will not accept fault and will not do a refund.

Great Service, Integrity, and Respect. Frank treats you like you are family. On one of my visits to pick up a pair of glasses, Frank was finishing up with a client and I overheard her say that she was tired and wasn't feeling well. Frank spoke to her with the utmost kindness, put an arm around her and walked her to her car. You just don't see this kind of human connection in larger, corporate business establishments, where numbers are the primary focus rather than having a caring personal relationship with each individual client. Frank does not try to over-sell or convince you to buy expensive products. He allows you to pick a product based on your individual needs and budget. I never felt forced into buying more than I wanted. Franks has superior knowledge regarding glasses, contact lenses, and eye health in general. He answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity. He explained to me why certain lenses and frames were more expensive than others and encouraged me to buy what I felt comfortable with. I never felt pushed or rushed. It was as if I was having great conversation with a good friend. I was impressed with the awesome collection of designer glasses. Frank has a superior sense of class and style, which is reflected in the products that he carries. I love my glasses and have no qualms about spending extra money for superb quality products and service. Frank gave me a nice discount on frames and had each pair of glasses ready in a timely fashion. Bottom Line: I have a lot of respect for Frank and trust him completely. I called Eye to Eye today since they offered one hour service on contacts. My lens was damaged and was not comfortable. Frank said he could get me in for an exam today with the Doctor. After having a great eye examination, Frank said would I like to see better at night and reduce the glare. He said I could try these new contacts and I would see the difference. I came back for a check up the next week and was seeing better that 20/20. My vision actually improved from the first day. I am glad that he suggested this new product. Thanks for taking the time to explain the new design. My old optical store never took this much time to help me.
