Asphalt replacement is always a nightmare, but we
had all our roads and driveways replace late summer. It was a dirty mess, but Foster Premier’s property manager organized the project in the least disturbing way possible. Everyone I know loves the new roads and driveways. The stamped asphalt is beautiful. I give Foster Premier 5 stars!

Our Club house had a fire. While it was a horrible thing, the property manager and her supervisor were very responsive. They immediately jumped into action. After the fire was out, they had the insurance agent out to inspect the damage, cleanup and restoration service out to clean up and prevent further damage. It was amazing that they seemed to know exactly what to do and who to call. In the restoration process, they were very attentive and made sure the Club house was restore and in fact was better and safer than before. I live in a condominium community managed by Foster Premier. When we ere planning to replace the roofs on buildings in the development, Foster Premier recommended we have an engineer or architect prepare the plans and specification, request bids and evaluate the bids and finally oversee the project for the roof replacements. Thank goodness the Board had these suggestions. When the engineer inspected the current roof, he found that the buildings needed work done on the firewalls prior to re roofing, the ventilation in the attic space was inadequate but could be corrected during the re roofing. Thank goodness we had Foster Premier to guide us in planning for a big project.

Parking is very limited in the community where I live. Foster Premier has helped the Board develop workable rules and regulations to address the use of
the parking spaces. Obviously, not everyone was happy with the restrictions, but now residents are parking in their garages or on their driveways. Thank you for helping people become good neighbors.

The website link to Home wise worked great and was an easily navigated to get the documents needed for the closing. I have to say selling by condo was a nightmare compared to my experience buying and closing on my new home. The management company makes a great different!

I never write a review but I am because Foster Premier and the managers there were fantastic when there was a fire at our condo. The fire occurred at night. The manager for our association was on vacation, but Foster Premier has a "buddy system" where another manager took over and made all the necessary arrangements with a board-up service, the insurance company, restoration services and etc. Foster Premier is wonderful! We are back in our home and thankful for their help!!
