BUYERS BEWARE!The people at Lux Cars Chicago do NOT deal in good faith. Their ads are misleading and their vehicle descriptions are deceptive. They pass you off and around their staff, without providing honest answers to questions. They insist on talking with you over the phone rather than responding to questions or concerns via email, so there is little or no evidence trail of their complicity. Their so-called "warranty" is good for nothing. Despite detailed documentation from an expert third party, they refuse to own up to and take responsibility for their mistakes. Please: be extremely careful when dealing with these people. In my experience, this dealership and its cars are wolves in sheep's clothing.--Pastor Bruce Joffe

Very responsive, very helpful.
Val was great, easy to work with.
The car I was interested in was sold before I could return from a business trip. They continue to search for me, trying to find one that's just right.
Pretty straight forward dealer, prep and detail work was ok, but a nice car and good pricing.
