I had a terrible experience with Keiser's. They came to repair my washer and there was bleach still in the machine. They told me that bleach may have spilled on my brand new carpet and refused to let us try and dilute it. They then refused to compensate us in any way shape or form after the carpet was ruined and had to be replaced.
Awful customer service!
Fast, Dependable service! No idea why someone would lie and make a false review as that KT person other than to abuse the review system here since its impossible to remove. These guys are professional - you pay for their services as I did and got good service. As someone in the service business myself I know all to well how things roll with an unhappy customer and you can't please them all. Issue with the internet is people can write bad reviews without a face...with lies and unfounded nonsense.
Don't believe everything you read on a negative review - you can't make everyone happy when they don't understand how things work. I've had this company do work for me and family many times over the years, always quick and always do a good job.
We called Keiser, asking if they were an authorized dealer for our dishwasher which was displaying an error code. We were told they were. When Robert came to our home, he stated he didn't know anything about repairing our dishwasher! A conversation ensued, particularly regarding why I was told they were, indeed, an authorized dealer. I felt intimidated by Robert. He maintained he could fix the unit, saying, however, that he didn't know anything about the appliance, but he "could figure it out." He stated he would have to do some research & come back. Weeks later, folliwing many phone calls on our part, he returned, saying he may know what the problem was. He installed what he referred to as a "cheap part", saying, "See if that works." It did not. More waiting because they were on vacation. "Let me figure something else out." Weeks passed...no word from Keiser. They then told us it's not a dishwasher problem, to hire a plumber as "It's a drain problem." We asked Robert if a plumber comes, and it's NOT a plumbing problem, will they reimburse us for our plumbing bill. They said they would not. He then dismissed that it was a drain problem! Srated he doesn't know what to do, other than replacing a major part that's very costly "And THAT might not even fix it!" The facts remain we have the same error code as when we initially called them, we have paid them $250 and the dishwasher still does not work. We asked for our money back, to which Robert refused. Our review is based on actual facts, and in hindsight, we wish we had Robert leave the house when he first said, "I don't know anything about your dishwasher." They not only were NOT an authorized repair facility as they told me when I first called, they have $250 of our money, and have failed to repair our appliance. This is bad-business policy to treat an earnest customer, seeking help. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your appliance/appliance repair needs.
Very reliable, experienced, and fair. If a part is faulty, they go above and beyond to get another one and get it to you as quick as they can. They have been so good to my mother and they normally come on the very day they are called. They also sell new and used appliances and have very decent prices!
