Horrible Experience! Bought A LG G2 For Cyber Monday, Went To Pick It Up The Next Day And Had Nothing But Problems! Already Had Paid Online And Yet They Still Charged Me Again At The Store, Their Computers Were Having Problems, And The Manager Christina Seemed As If She Had No Knowledge Of What A Manager Should Have! The Appointment System And Customer Service Is D- At This Store!!!In Store Employee Agreed With Me That I Should Of Just Had The Phone Shipped Instead of Picking it up (Less Trouble)And Then The Manager Christina Said she would call me Tuesday And Nothing! Show Up Today Wednesday December 4 And She's Not In, Was Told she would be in around 12 noon so i show up and nothing, Now she's in a Manager's Meeting! 5pm and im still waiting today Wednesday!If a manager is going to be making sales and saying she's going to call back new customers then she should keep her word! or else let the sales people handle the sales, so unprofessional (no call, no follow up, no show, no nothing)!!!BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, GAS, WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD TRYING TO SIGN UP WITH SPRINT EVER!!! WAY TO LOSE A NEW (NOW FORMER) CUSTOMER!!!
