Very Shady! Be careful when buying a car from this dealership. I purchased a car from here the price was agreed upon and then they came back with a line item for 300.00 which was described as some paint protection obviously just a way to get more money. I told them to take that off, next they came back with a work sheet that had sales tax on the MSRP of the vehicle and not the agreed upon price. I was told that sales tax is charged before discounts and rebates and I figured o.k. its just like a new cell phone. Well I got on my phone and found out that was a blatant lie and when confronted it was changed and some excuse like they charged wrong county sales tax was made, the difference was close to 800.00. I will also be reporting them to the BBB because I'm sure they are screwing the state of California by under reporting sales tax when they get away with this and just put it in their pocket. So this is my story if you want to buy a car from them fine, I did just be aware that once you agree on a price they will try all kinds of tactics and lies and what I consider illegal information and practices to try to get more money out of you. Be careful!

Well I recall a friend of mine informing me of a very frightenting experience.Her Suv ,stopped on the freeway.Also her hazard lights went out. Another friend worked here as a guard.Diane ,fired the guard.Why ,because he reported the top sales man loitering.The top sales man Carlos was walking up to his window at night.Trying to teach the guard to close a car sale.If thats not strange enough ,Carlos kept his left hand back.He could have had a knife or a gun? Carlos ,used to drive a green Honda: Calif plate: 4HGW56. The guard never saw him sell anything. So what was he selling???? Only God knows???? Well it was strange that on one occassion, Carlos the top sales man walked up to the guard that was still grieving the death of his mother; This is what Carlos said," They wanted to get to you". At this point Carlos ,just became a witness to a crime. He should go to the F.B.I and give a composite of what the person looked like that said this to him. Or else he becomes an accessory after the fact. He won't unless he participated as well? This dealership should most defiately have a car auction. Pertaining to these big ,SUV'S. Best offer. Then sell : Gas savers : Like the , Toyota Preice: 5O miles to the gallon.

Simpson is a bunch of rip-offs! I took my car in and they told me they "fully" checked it and would fix everything. It cost me $3200, but I figured since the car was only 5 yrs old then it would still be worth it to pay to get it fixed. 3 weeks later my "change oil" light came on even though they said they changed it. They kept telling me to put the key in the ignition and pump the gas and it would turn off...that didn't work! I tried everything but the light stayed on. One week later my car died!!! I took it back and they claimed it was a seperate fuel pump issue even though they claimed to have checked "everything" a month earlier! And wanted me to pay an additional $800 to fix that! They are a bunch of thieves and I say take your car elsewhere! They may have been good in the past but when I went I got nothing but BS from these cheats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
