Crestview RV

We purchased our very first RV from Crestview RV Georgetown location. We had shopped around for a couple years and as advised got more and more confused about which unit had which options!

We believe that there is not a perfect unit out there.
Unless you have the money to customize something to your exact specifications you're going to have to make a decision on what is most important to you and what you can live without or have a modified version of.

We had actually made a decision to purchase out of state but our credit union strongly encouraged us to buy local which we are normally not opposed to, we had just learned a lot from the videos of another RV dealer in our home state and since we visit a couple of times a year thought it would be just as easy to buy there. We visited that dealer in June 2018 and put a deposit down on a fifth wheel

I have stayed here several times during the past 2 years as it is close to family in the area. They have always told me they do not take reservations. The receptionist has always been polite and has always given me my Good Sam Discount. Fairly nice park with level sites and most are concrete. Some sites are really narrow and some are short. We had trouble with the Wi-Fi in some sites so now try to get close to the bathhouse for best reception. We will continue to stay here when visiting this area. The Cabela's parking lot across the street has signs that say "No Overnight Parking". We camped at Crestview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I was apprehensive about camping behind a showroom but the park is nice and close to shopping and restaurants. And the people were very nice and helpful. We camped at Crestview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice clean park. The owner led us to our site and was very friendly. The park is in back of the Crestview RV Sales & Service. We couldn't get the cable tv hooked up and they sent a gentleman from the service department to help us and he was very friendly and helpful. There is a little highway noise because it's so close to I-35, but not enough to bother us. Very close to Walmart and Cabela's. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. We camped at Crestview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We purchased our 5wheel RV here, and service after the sale has been great. Steve is our go-to guy to get everything fixed, either using USAA insurance, extended warranty, or out of pocket upgrades. It's definitely worth the drive from San Antonio. Highly recommend.

A very nice park. I admit, I was a bit cautious knowing that this was a park out in back of a repair/sales place, but it is not a neglected part of their business at all. They take a lot of pride and care in the park and it is very convenient to have such a friendly and helpful service team on-site at the same place. We've stayed here twice over the years and had a water heater replaced one time and this most recent time had an oil change. They are the very definition of "Texas hospitality." There is enough of a distance from I-35 to provide a decent buffer from road noise, and yes, being so close to Cabela's, Wal-Mart, restaurants, etc., is very convenient. We'll gladly stay here again. We camped at Crestview RV Park in a Motorhome.

I have actually stayed here many times. I purchased my fifth wheel here, and have enjoyed staying at the RV park ever since. It is across the street from Cabela's, and only ten minutes from downtown Austin, or the Univ of Texas campus. We have season tickets to Horns' games and so we stay at this park at least 7 times per year. We will not stay anywhere else! the people are friendly, the sites are kept clean, and the prices has always been fair. I cannot ask for more for what I am getting in return for my dollar. If you need help with anything, there is an RV parts store associated with the park, and a service department that is second to none. We camped at Crestview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Travis Beck was the greatest. I highly recommend him. Professional courteous available anytime you need him. We had a very good experience at Crestview RV in Buda. I highly recommend them. No used car salesman here thank goodness!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Jayco Jay Flight Trailer from Crestview in Buda. We have rented RV Trailers in the past and already had a good idea of the floor plan and size trailer we where looking for. We were very fortunate to have Tony Garrard as our sales man. He is very knowledgeable about how different manufactures build there trailers and the reasons for cost differences between manufactures. He was a great help with our decisions on what we felt where important features versus non essential options for how we planned on using this trailer. We did shop other trailer dealers before going to Crestview. We can't overstate what a difference Tony Garrard made with helping us in our decision. We spent at least 4 hours with Tony before buying our trailer. He was very patient and easy going never felt rushed or pressured in anyway. We also stayed in the Crestview park overnight the day we purchased our trailer. I would highly recommend this to test out everything before pulling away. Also Cabela's is right across the street as well as quite a few restaurants.

My family purchased an RV from Crestview RV in Buda. Car parking was convenient with plenty of available spaces. Although on a couple of occasions the staff at the front appeared rather cold their over all staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Our search for an RV was made easier with their online inventory. I initially got a generic response from the Georgetown location about my inquiries regarding a few of their RV's. My specific questions were never answered. John Giguere from the Buda location not only responded to my email inquiries but he also provided add'l RV information and took the time to call and follow up.

After our purchase we were allowed to leave the RV onsite for a few weeks until we could make arrangements to have it moved. We were also given an overnight stay at their onsite RV park. The park was clean and quite so we slept very well that night. The service personnel that helps acquaint individuals with their new RV purchases were also happy to help every visitor in case of problems or questions.

This was an effortless purchase - with no pushy sales tactics, fair prices, and great perks. Too many to mention.

I absolutely recommend Crestview RV in Buda.

Crestview puts the crappy little RV shop across the street to shame. I worked at Camper Clinic II as the Finance Manager for a few months prior to my Crestview visit. I was "laid off" exactly two weeks after I told my manager I was pregnant. If you want to do business with a bunch of hillbillies who suppose the best place for an expecting mother is at home barefoot and in the kitchen, feel free to go make your purchase at Camper Clinic.

I worked with two salesmen on the phone and they were both great.  Being in sales, I can typically spot a "features and benefits' pitch (which I can't stand because how do you know the features and benefits that I care about?!?!?) and neither Jim nor James used that tactic.  Instead, they asked questions pertaining to what I was looking to gain from buying a travel trailer.  I've since met James face to face and he was professional and helpful.  My wife and I met with Steve and he seems to be just as helpful seeing to it that the financial end of the deal would go as smooth as possible.

Purchased our RV back in February at the RV show in Austin. Easy, smooth experience. Love my RV and would recommend checking out Crestview. They have a great selection.

I took my pop-up camper to Crestview to fix the lights. They were very knowledgeable,  courteous, and not overly expensive. I will definitely use them again, when I need trailer or RV service.

After dealing with the douchebags down at Camping World in New Braunfels (see my review about them), I decided to try Crestview for some repairs to my awning and siding (my driveway and my camper don't get along, is all I'm going to say about that).  Anyway, I filed an insurance claim and spoke to Dave in the service department.  He couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with.  When I took the camper in, he sized everything up and promised me regular calls with the status.

The Crestview RV team from the front desk, cashier, maintenance, and sales were superb.  I will be sending my friends to them.  But, most of all I have to give a special thanks to J.J. Jackson, my sales rep.  He took care of me like I was family and continues to be there to answer any question I have.  If you are considering buying an RV or anything of the like then go to Crestview and ask for J.J.  He's the best!!

Had a great experience when buying my travel trailer. This was due to the fact that the salesperson, Dawn, did not try to push the sale on me. What she did that was truly impressive, and appreciated, was inform me about the product. Since I was a first time buyer, this was very important to me. Most sales people just want to sell the product. Dawn is an EXCELLENT salesperson. Her husband, Jeff was extremely patient, and helpful after the purchase. It is because of these two people, that if I buy another RV, I will buy from CrestviewRV.

Just purchased our Grand Design Solitude 321 from Crestview in Buda.  We have purchased several RV's over the years, but this was the best buying experience ever!  Our sales person, Sara Giguere was great.  She was very patient and answered all our questions.  Made us feel right at home!  Finance was a breeze with Penny. Jerry, our PDI guy walked us through the in's & out's the our new "home" explaining how everything works.  A great benefit of purchasing at Crestview is spending the night in Crestview's RV Park!  Being on site we were able to have Cory (who we feel was our personal tech) adjust/tweek the few minor items we found!  Cory gets it DONE RIGHT!  He handled all our requests very professionally and went beyond the call of duty!  We would definitely buy from Crestview again!!
