Complete Pools

This is a response to Jesse K.

1. We have NEVER built a pool for a customer with the name of Jesse K.

2. If you feel compelled to write a negative review have the maturity to use your own name.

3. We have NEVER had someone call about a leaking or cracking waterfall to be fixed and that is causing significant damage. If this seems to be the case please call the RIGHT phone number which you obviously have not been doing. 913-533-2332

4. Instead of writing fraudulent fictitious comments maybe you should get a new hobby or maybe a job ?

5. Defamation of character or otherwise known as slander can be considered a criminal or a civil offense. Just an FYI Jesse K.

We could not have been more pleased with Joe, Zoe and the rest of the Complete Pools staff. Our pool was put in several years ago and we absolutely love it. We have and will continue to recommend Complete Pools!

Have had Joe and his guys install a pool and hot tub area with arbor and pool deck area. Joe understands the customer wants simplicity and not a big hassle. By taking care of his customers he knows it will come back in spades. I recommend him without reservations.

I would highly recommend Complete Pool! Joe was great to work with and so helpful and patient through the whole process. He is always willing to accomodate and just gets the job done. We could not be happier with our pool! Zoe was also wonderful to work with, always there to help and answer any questions we might have. She even created a manual with pictures of our pool equipment which we can refer to as we are learning to take care of the pool. So helpful! Thank you Joe and Zoe!!!

Joe from Complete Pools has been the highlight of this entire house/pool building process. He does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, all for a very fair price. This may be the only time in my life that I have worked with a contractor where the final price ended up being less than what the bid was for! I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.

I would definitly recommend Complete Pools! They built our first pool back in 2004. Last year we moved to a house without a pool. One of the first things we did was call Joe and Zoe and have them put us on the list. No need to look at other pool contractors as our previous experience with complete pools is all we needed to make the pool contractor selection. Joe is very easy to work with and he doesn't nickel and dime you every step of the way. Complete Pools definitly care about delivering a quality pool.

We are EXTREMELY happy with our pool, pond, outdoor kitchen, driveway, front entry feature and all the work done by Complete Pools. They are creative, easy to work with, professional and highly skilled. The work was done quickly, accurately and on time and within budget. They exceeded our expectations. We will recommend them with confidence.

Complete Pools is the best! We have a friend that is a builder, he recommended Complete Pools and we were not disappointed! You can count on them to do and follow through with what they say. Joe is honest, trustworthy and a true joy to work with. We had some ideas of what we wanted, but Joe was great at offering suggestions and helping us develop the ultimate plan. We have built a pool in the past and our experience was vastly different. We were extremely impressed with the time frame and quality. Complete Pools offers the best product at the best value by far.

Complete Pool and Concrete Const installed our pool and the deck surrounding it a couple of years ago. They suggested the addition of a low-lying stone wall along the length of one side of the pool,with 2 waterfalls embedded within the wall that,by our option,we can turn on or off to create waterfall action into the pool. We love everything about it. The pool is beautiful. The wall and waterfall are featues that add tremendously to the whole environment in the pool area. We feel like we have our own little resort area right outside our door.

The owners were/are an absolute joy to work with. The construction process was timely,efficient,and expertly done. They were always receptive to any of our questions and interacted with us in a kind and caring manner. We continue to have them

open and close our pool each year,which they readily do in accordance with our desired timing request.

Complete Pools custom built our large free form in ground pool with complementing in ground spa in 2006. Joe Donnelly and his team were prompt, fast and built a large, quality pool with substanial stampcrete decking in just 3 weeks! Several customers have stopped by and had Joe and his team replicate it. Complete Pool is an awesome business to work with. Joe is there on site with his team to assure the highest levels of quality workmanship with reasonable prices and terms. Today the pool and spa look just as new as the day Joe finished it. I couldn't have asked for a better construction expereince. Give Compete Pools a chance to bid on your next pool. You'll be surprised at what they can do!

Don't bother with anyone else. We got several bids for our pool backyard project. By the time we got in touch with Joe Donnelly's Complete Pools our expectations were pretty low, everyone we talked with would tell us what they couldn't do and why we should change our minds and do it another way. Joe is all about what can be done. Each time we talked with him, our project became more wonderful than we thought possible. He's honest, always has options to save you money, when you hire Joe to build your pool, outdoor kitchen, patio, (whatever it is, cause he appears to be able to build anything), he actually builds it! He's fast, his crew is wonderful, they're really quiet, polite, neat, none of his equipment makes that horrible beeping noise when they back up (very important since he starts working at 7:30AM). And don't let his laid back Louisburg roots fool you, he's got a great sense of design, color, structure, his work isn't just functional, it's beautiful. We've spoken to four of Joe's other customers with pools built 6 years ago to 5 months ago and they all still rave not just how much they love their pool, but how much they love Complete Pools.
