Love this gym! Small enough so you don't feel intimidated, but big enough to have all the equipment you'd need to get a good work. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing views overlooking downtown Atlanta. We did not have to wait in line for long. A special treat is the photo op & backdrop before the ride experience.

I was a member of Midtown Athletic Club for 20 years. AVOID THIS CLUB. Over the years the cost has increased and the club has gone downhill. They are the most expensive health club in the area that I know of. Most of the good reviews you see are old. MIDTOWN ATHLETIC CLUB is NOT WORTH the MONEY. Don't sign a contract with them. They will take every penny they can get from you! They have removed equipment racquet ball courts and other facilities that I used. I recently joined LA Fitness and it is a much better value. The locker rooms are better and you pay much less for more. And you will have access to many more clubs and equipment. When I cancelled my membership at Midtown Athletic Club they insisted on charging me for another month. They continued to charge my credit card against my will. STAY AWAY Midtown Athletic Club. If you are already a member, don't get passive and just keep paying the outrageous cost. There are much better and less expensive options.
This place is more than just your normal juice bar, it's a fitness center too. They offer cold pressed juices , smoothies , clean eats and a full body detox center. If you're having trouble being motivated to work out Ju-fit offers trainers too. This place is kinda like your one stop shop for a healthy lifestyle. I had the ju-Hulk which has almond milk, Agave, banana, kale, mango , protein almond butter and ice. It was $7 for the 12 oz. They are very helpful and even gave me a tour of the facility and a break down of the services offered. Make sure you drop in and check them out.
The tickets cost $28 per person which is a little pricey but worth it! The theme of the room we did was “Snowmageddon”. Room Escape Atlanta did a great job making this setting feel believable as if a snow storm was coming! There were a few flaws to the scene though like the lady forgot to put one of the keys we needed in the room but it didn't affect us too much! We had so much fun working together to try to figure out how to escape but unfortunately were not successful. The success rate of this particular theme was 27% & we were so close to completing it but nonetheless, we still had a great time!Room Escape Atlanta is located at 314 Auburn Ave. When we went, the building wasn’t marked with any signs that said Room Escape which was kind of sketch. There are two doors at the front of the building- open the door on the right and go up the stairs. There you will find the person who will assist you with your session! I definitely recommend you go to Room Escape Atlanta!
This workout is HARD. Stellar Bodies is a Pilates studio that teaches the Lagree Fitness method using the Megaformer and it will make seasoned exercisers question their strength. Do recognize this class is hard but do not let that turn you away. The effects are rewarding and worth the work. Classes are expensive but in line with/slightly cheaper than other studios that offer the Lagree fitness method in Atlanta. Instructors are experienced, knowledgeable, and hands on (they won't sit back and let you do it all wrong). Parking at the Roswell Rd location is free and easy.
This workout is an absolute blast and challenging too! Cyc offers beat based spin classes that make you almost* (operative word here) forget about how hard the class is. The playlists are great and the lighting effects (blacklight, lights out, red light etc) make the atmosphere fun/unique. Parking is super easy. Your first time going you may get confused on where exactly the studio is located. It is at Lenox Mall on the lower level (next to Macys) inside the gym the Forum. Pricing is in line with other Atlanta spin studios ($25) but unique to Cyc, shoes are free (vs. $2 or $3 at other studios).
This student facility is incredible. It houses the diving venue from the 1996 Olympics as well as state of the art fitness equipment.
