**FYI this facility is getting ONE star only because I have to.** They really need to get a whole new staff, management included or just closed this location. The staff -managers included really go out of their way to tell you what they CAN'T do , they don't listen, I was constantly cut off in mid sentence while trying to explain my situation. I called to speak with the Manager Jose Smiley and he's no better. So I guess the saying is true, "A staff is only as good as it's leader." I agree with the previous customer (Richard Jones) they tell you they're going to "check into it" and call you and you never hear anything. Cynthia is the ONLY employee in this facility that is putting in work and willing to help the customers no matter what all the others try to avoid it as much as possible. I even saw an employee on her cell phone and when a customer approached the counter she yelled "be right there" got up and went some where else in the back to continue her conversation. I've had other packages delivered and I've received -but when I enter the tracking number they still show not delivered. Somebody's not doing their job and it shows and the customers are paying for it!!! SHUT IT DOWN!!!
If I could give -5 stars I would. Everything about this location is horrible. Definitely no sense of urgency any time I've had to go inside which luckily for me is few and far between. Nobody there seems to like doing their job and act as if you are bothering them. Ever since I've moved in the area the driver has repeatedly left packages outside my door. Most of the time I'm not even home to receive them and I live in an apartment complex so you can probably guess what happens. Yes, stolen! I don't know what policies and procedures they have in place for items that can't fit into a mailbox but they definitely lack common sense when it comes to finding a solution. My apartment door is clearly not a secure place to leave anything outside. It's open to the elements let alone people passing by you would think the driver has enough sense to not leave a package in an insecure location. I guess since it isn't theirs they don't care. It's to the point that I have businesses telling me that they will no longer ship to me because since it happens so frequently it looks like fraud. Insane! I literally had to put in a request for a mail vacation hold because I can't take another day of receiving a notification that my package has been delivered and left at my front door and I come home to nothing. There have been a couple of times that I've been sitting in my apartment waiting for the item to be delivered and hours later I receive a notification that it once again was left at the door. They don't even try to knock to see if anyone is home! Those times I was lucky enough to grab it before anyone else could. This is probably the most frustrating thing I've had to deal with. Im hoping I can request to require a signature for all packages that are delivered by USPS, fingers crossed.
These carriers... Man, they know what they're doing. Where are the stamps? Right here, sir. How do I address something to Pakistan? Like this, sir. How much does this package weigh? Put it on the scale, sir. How long will it take to get this to NYC if I ship next-day air? Tomorrow, sir. Can I return these old, leaky batteries in this envelope? No, sir. Can you make a silly face? No, sir, I cannot make a silly face. His face was silly, though.
I'm a die hard Cowboy fan and I ordered a jersey to wear to their last home game against the Eagles. This would be my first home game so, I was so excited and had it mailed to my job. It arrived in Atlanta Ga on 10/23 and it is now 11/8 and I still don't have and nor can the Post Office tell me where it is. The last update I was given was on 10/28. When I first called them ... I spoke to three of the rudest people ever and they could care less about my issue. I work at a college and the local post office doesn't deliver there, but they always get their mail. You would think that since this is a known issue that in 2016 that they would have came up with something to fix this issue(put all mail in a cart and have the school pick it up) vs just sending it back to be redirected. This was done about four times. I would have thought that since I called them like six times that someone would just hold my order then allow me to come pick it up myself , but that would just be great customer service . I don't use the Post Office and after this I will never use them again. UPS is who should have delivered it, but they have joined with the Post Office( worst thing y'all could have ever done). The long story short is that the game is over and I have returned from my trip. I couldn't wear my jersey and I had to drive around Dallas when I landed to get something to wear to the game. I ended up getting a t- shirt because I wear a small men jersey and Zeke was sold out. Now I have to wait till they're restocked or wait on the Post Office to decide that I matter and final fix this issue. #youhavetodobetter
Mr. Friedman and Mr. Rod Cole. Yes, I'm putting your names out here, because you two are THE WORST!!!! How hard is it to just follow up? Are you not men of your word? I am customer expecting delivery of a package, that was never received and could never get a straight answer from your office. But you all are in your feelings because I cursed, well what do you expect, your service wasn't and hasn't been up to par; most certainly didn't meet my expectations! So, yes, I curse when I'm frustrated and you two should have the wherewithal to understand that! None the less, I've heard nothing about my package and lost money for that purchase, thanks to you Bozos. How do you like that? I've now called you out of your names. I feel it's warranted, hell well deserved given your LACK, no better yet, let's just call this what it is: SEVERELY LACKING customer service in handling my issue. In closing, you all SUCK!!!!

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you can walk right up, but sometimes there's a line to the door and only one employee working. They close for lunch every day which can be frustrating.
If you have to go to the post office, this is the one to go to. Two or more employees are always on duty, and they also have a self-help kiosk to buy stamps or mail small packages. Not closed for lunch like some other post offices nearby!
Absolutely the worst service of any post office I have ever been in. The employees at this location are rude and discourteous. To top it off, the location is closed during lunch. How convenient is that.
