I ordered food through the drive through and when I made it home my order was wrong. I called the store and the manager was rude and told me I order what was in my bag. She rudely told me to take it up with the general manager. I will never eat there again and will be sure to tell everyone that I know. Good customer service means everything and if a person is unsatisfied with their job then they should get another one. Furthermore, people who work in customer service should not get rude with customers especially if the customer is not rude.
Good food for a good price. Really greasy though but it's fried food. We hit this place about once a month for something different.

These people cannot get orders right. For starters, they brought food to 3 separate tables of customers who arrived after we did. We ordered 2 El Diablo burgers and 2 sm curly fries. However, we got 2 small regular fries . And an employee over heard me telling the person dining with me that I was going to give Hardees a bad review on Yelp. Getting in my conversation and this particular employee is the person who rang our order up wrong Imagine that. Last time I will dine at Hardees. Food was really good, service is awful
