ARS (Affordable Rooter Service) of Hot Springs, AR is great! Mr. Bogan came out to my house and jumped onto my roof to clear my main line ... on the weekend...with no overtime fee!!!! He is very energetic, professional, and competent. I couldn't recommend this company more!

Brent is a master of customer service. Personable, effective and great at what he does. He took the time to tell me how my blockage happened, and showed me some issues with my pipes by way of the drain cam. Then he wanted to clean the bathrooms, but my wife had beaten him to it. A job well done in every way and I will use him again.

The absolute best service I have ever received! Brent is fast, friendly and professional. He even cleaned the bathtub and floor before he left. Other companies could take lessons from Brent in customer service!
