There's water damage that is due to a leak they have yet to fix from 4years ago, and management needs improvement.

After my dtr moved out - 8 months later, we received a call from a collections agency. - We had no idea there was a problem. They made no attempt to reach out to us. They refuse to return my calls, They have no proof of damage. They claim the oven was dirty and the bathroom was dirty and they want an extra 220 dollars - Eight months after my dtr moved out!!! This is ridiculous. Make sure you take pictures when you move out - do not trust these people!!!!

I lived here for a year, starting in 2014. I'll start with the positives: good location, relatively affordable, staff was generally friendly (while I was a resident), new paint and water heater installed while I was there.Now the negatives: I was promised an "upgraded fixtures" apartment but never saw any evidence of nicer fixtures anywhere in the apartment. There were regularly people being very loud at the pool well after hours (after midnight during the week, well into the early morning on the weekend) and the windows of my apartment did very little to dampen the noise. The staff never made any attempt to deal with the issue. I'm a bit of a neat freak, which made the two separate bug infestations I experience in one year very disconcerting. I also know that another apartment in the complex had an issue with bed bugs but management never notified the other tenants.There were a number of when someone from the complex entered my apartment without written notice and without my consent. I assumed it was for maintenance, but I never received any communication from the management explaining it.I had several packages go missing, all of which the carriers said they delivered to the front office.And finally, when I moved out, management charged me $160 for "damages". These "damages" were failing to clean the inside of the oven, adding one small stain to an already stained carpet, and damage to the front door mat they provided caused by the flooding in front of my apartment. When I tried to negotiate with them, I never received any response until they sent the issue to a debt collector. If you can live with all of that, feel free to choose to live at Country Place Apartments. The truth is, they aren't even the worst complex on the street, but there are better options. There are plenty of cheap rent houses in the area that are almost as affordable and just as convenient. Save yourself the hassle and live anywhere else.

Although they rent to HUD for low income families they charge a whopping 450.00 for deposit.

Worse managed place ever. I was so happy to move out. And then 7 months later, after moving out, they get a company to call me saying i owe them money. seriously don't try and live here. they do not corporate with you at all. AND they do not support those serving our country and their families. I had to move because my husband was stationed somewhere else. and it took MONTHS to try and get everything settled. seriously the worst people ive ever had to deal with.

Reveille Ranch is awesome! The front desk people are very nice every time I come in and they always have food or snacks at the front. They even give out free scantrons which is nice! The maintenance staff has always been extremely quick at fixing any issues that I have had. I also really like all the resident events that they host, I have been able meet a lot of new people! LOVE REVEILLE!

No stars.....incompetent management abusive with residents....very indescrinant selection as to resident selection.....permits vandalistic acts with no action to protect residents....would not recommend any of the DTI Properties.....almost non-existent ''regional'' office.This really didn't deserve one star....I only put it because I had to.
