Well, I wish I had read all the reviews before I started dealing with this company!!Worst experience ever dealing with a service company. I can't even begin to go into the all the crap I was told by them. My washer was never fixed. Gave up and bought another one.

Such a horrible experience, my oven went out, therefore, I contacted my home warranty company to send out a technician to fix. This company initially scheduled my appointment for October 31st, 2017 with a window of 11am-4pm. As 4pm neared, I called and spoke with the lady that answered the phone, she advised that her office manager reschedule my appointment to Friday 11/3/17 between 3pm-8pm however it would be before 5pm because this is when the company closed for the day. I let her know how unprofessional this was because i had never been notified of the schedule change and how I had taken off for the day, she apologized and reassured me a technician would be out on Friday. Well fast forward and here we are Friday Nov. 3rd, I started calling the company fairly early because of my previous experience, and to my dismay no one ever answered the phone, by now I'm so upset because I have missed 2 days of work in 1 week! I immediately called my home warranty company to let them know, they tried calling and too were unsuccessful. I went to their website and was horrified to see other reviews with the exact same issues, the technician no showed! How awful, how can you run a successful business this way I asked myself. I let my home warranty company know my findings and let them know they may not want to associate themselves with this type of company, this is just not good business. Customers, referrals, is what most businesses build off of. Thank goodness for my home warranty company for immediately reassigning me to a more secure business to get the job done, however, the fact still remains I missed two days of work only for this company to no show twice! Shame on you Midway Appliance, I sure hope you get things together fast because you are loosing valuable customers that may have done lifelong business with your company under better circustamces.
This place is horrible. Was tied up in a simple dishwasher tech repair for 4 months with them. Then when expressed my desperation with them for help, supervisor named Ellen hung up on me and said they won't help anymore. Needless to say my dishwasher is still not fixed yet they sure kept my money. Lawsuit waiting to happen with them. They wasted 4 of my work days waiting for them as it took 4 appointments with a 5hr window and yet still not fixed. Would never ever deal with these greedy people again. This is my first yelp post. And unfortunately it's about a badly run business apparently who doesn't care once they have their money. Do not use. Better options out there for sure! Make sure AHS does not refer you to this business for repairs! Bad experience.
The service provided by Paul's Appliance was simply the best service experience I have experienced. The team at Paul's handled all my concerns with unmatched professionalism, would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their appliances.
This place is a joke and have no idea why they are in business. The rudest customer service ever. I had a 12-5 window. They called ahead letting me know they were on their way and asked me to call back to confirm. I called multiple times and there was no answer so I left a voicemail letting them know I would be at the residence at 12. After waiting and no one showed up I called and was told by the same rude supervisor (owner) that the tech had left the area and would not return because I did not return a call. I explained that I did return the call three different times and no one answered and I left a voice message confirming. She proceeded to berate me about how this was not their fault and it was my problem. She is a horrible person that should never be allowed to pick up a phone. It was 1000 times worse than going to the DVM on a bad day. Call them at your own risk....
Siegert One Hour was wonderful. I called them because my previous air conditioning contractor gave me what seemed like a high price to replace my outside unit. The servicemen were friendly and helpful and in the end, they replaced the outside unit for less than a third of the price of the other company. It was wonderful to have a cool house again this morning! If you think you have a high price from another contractor, call Siegert One Hour and let them give you a quote!
I am not one to write reviews, but this company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I felt that I needed to inform other potential customers. Lowe's scheduled Paul's Appliance to come out and service my washing machine between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. I rearranged my day to be home. They called 6 times between 7:38 and 7:45, which I unfortunately missed because I was bringing the kids to school. I saw the missed calls when I got home and promptly called them back (it was 8:00 am when I returned their calls). At that time I was told by Ellen that they had moved out of the area and would not return. I was obviously upset and told her that I wanted to speak to the owner/manager. She claimed that she was the owner/manager and got very ugly with me. I asked her to reschedule the service and told her that I was going to talk to Lowe's about what happened. She refused to reschedule my service, said she was going to call Lowe's about me, and then hung up on me ??!!
I had Siegert One Hour come out and fix my AC the other night. It was after hours and they came out and fixed the problem and got me cooling again very quickly. Thanks for a great job!!

Horrible customer service. Scheduled with this company due to warranty referral. Took off work to be home during the 4 hour window of my appointment. No one showed. I called and the rude woman answering the phones claims she warned me that no one would come if they couldn't get an answer on the phone. First, she made no such warning. Second, my phone never rang. Supposedly, the repairman was in my area but didn't come because he couldn't get me on the phone. If you're in my area, why not come to my house and see if I'm home? Maybe I'm in the ladies' room, maybe I've walked to the mailbox, maybe you never called! I inquired as to why he didn't call back again before leaving town to work on another call. She became rude and said I could reschedule but it'd be next week before they could return. Really? Reschedule, take off work again, and risk that they never call or show up again? I don't think so. Very rude and no customer service skills. I would definitely NOT use them again. Calling LG back to get a different warranty repairman.
