Wings & More

Up until just recently, I had been a fairly faithful customer at this location- when in the area. After a chain of events that transpired and the lack of customer service on part of the management; needless to say, I will no longer spend my money at this store nor recommend that others do the same (including my Department at Texas A&M University; who often hosts events at the University Dr. location). It’s very unfortunate, but good service and the quality of food are the two primary reasons individuals choose to dine-out; and neither was rendered in a manner that I find acceptable during my last Wings-n-More experience.



Shortly after posting my complaint, I was contacted by the GM at the University Dr. location and the owner- who both showed a genuine concern for my dissatisfaction and worked aggressively to resolve my issues. This alone is the sole reason why I have switched my rating from a 1 to a 3- and will likely continue to dine with Wings-n-More (at any location other than HWY 21).

Me and the guys from work always order food from here, EVERYTHING on the menu is great and its always consistantly good.
