        Our mom, Maria Georgina Cortes, has been handcrafting some of the finest Mexican food in the State for over 30 years in one form or another. Along the way she introduced migas, fajitas & sopes to the Brazos Valley. She has continually offered some of the tastiest and most unique dishes to her customers. Loyal patrons who swear that her Enchiladas Verdes are addictive. That her Mole Poblano is the best they've ever tasted. That they hadn't had a Chile Relleno like that since their last trip to Puebla. She has built this reputation the old fashioned way: by word of mouth.
