am a owner operator and have poor service with thre Bryan location. My last experience they installed a rebuilt Eaton-Fuller transmission in my truck for the sum of $9000. I drove from Bryan to Phoenix where it broke down and I spent $4000 to have the transmission Performance just installed repaired and I was down for another week while the repairs were completed. Performance had no help for me even though I had just had it installed the week before, I asked to be reimbursed the 4000 but that was also turned down.

Purchased a used vehicle. Took it back on day 2 with several issues. It's been a month today. I still don't have it and only have received 2 calls about it. Left the GM messages and went up there to see him. I was told that he would get back with me. AND guess what, haven't heard a word from him. It's very frustrating!

If you are buying a car, getting a car repaired, or repairing after an accident, this is the place to go. Kasem works well with my insurance and takes care of anything that may come up. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THEY WIPED OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT PRACTICALLY AFTER ALL THE CHARGES. I URGE YOU TO USE A MORE CREDITED LOCATION. THIS PLACE IS F@$%&*# HORRIBLE. Worst experience of my life. I wanted to slap the woman for the way she talked to me. I was fed up. She handed my card back and said,"here you can have this back. I can't do anything else with it". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! On April 1 ,2015 My mother bought a 1999 Volvo S70, drove the car for 5 days, and the transmission began to give out. She has called Megahertz Motors a multitude of times to Speak with David Salkin (Executive Director), and has been hung up on, laughed at, and asked for more money. They have even taken it to the extent of not answering her calls at all. In addition, she was told if she didn't continue to make the payments (on a broken vehicle) they would come pick up the car, keep her money, and go about their day. My mother works too hard for her money to have it taken away in such manner. She worked relentlessly all year, and has not missing a day of work, to insure she would receive a reasonable tax return, and her plan was to use it for a working car. It was with good faith she came to this car lot, believing she would receive a reliable and functioning car for her commutes to work, and other necessities. Instead she received a car that does not work, has been given the run around, and has been carelessly disregarded as a customer. She came to them with certitude that Megahertz Motors conducted admirable business to instead be taken advantage of. Since my mom has not been able to drive this car, or assured anything would be done or their part, she has been forced to rely on the amiable co-worker who has taken on the generous role of giving her a ride. In addition, there are accounts in which she has been left with the only option of walking an hour and 40 minutes home from work. In conclusion, one would believe with good faith that a local business would conduct exceptional business, and definitely not sell cars that only work for five days. With good faith I believe a business would conduct a notable livelihood and show some kind of concern about poor quality products that they brand and give out. God bless and have a good day.
Sales there is awesome. Service there is abysmal. They are unresponsive and obviously understaffed. You cannot get an appointment, they do not answer their phones, and they do not call you back.
Came in Saturday to deliver a truck and was rudely told that my paperwork would not be signed. I called ahead the day before and was told that they take deliveries between 8:00-3:00 on Saturday.
Had a great experience with Kelly Donahue last night..9/29/2014! My grandson was buying a used truck I was signing for and I was a bit apprehensive. He put me at ease and all turned well. He is the very best ever. Highly recommend him. He even came out to our home 20 miles away to fix a problem with the security system. Our fault! Thank you Kelly and Lithia!
