Well, I wish I had read all the reviews before I started dealing with this company!!Worst experience ever dealing with a service company. I can't even begin to go into the all the crap I was told by them. My washer was never fixed. Gave up and bought another one.

There is not enough time in the day to express all that has happen with this company. I used this company because I filed a repair claim with my home warranty company and this is who they contracted the claim to. They first came fairly promptly and the service tech was nice and quick, however he did not run diagnostics on the appliance and wasn't sure what was wrong. He ordered parts and scheduled an appt for the next week. They did not show up. When I called to find out why no one came they said the parts were not going to be there in time and rescheduled me for the next week again. They did not show up. Again I called and they tried to push me back yet another week. I called my home warranty company and they interevened and Paul's appliance had a tech there the next day. He put in the parts, but again was not sure what was wrong and did no diagnostics. The appliance is still not fixed. I called Paul's once again and they asked me to call the warranty company to have a recall scheduled. I did and it was scheduled again for next week, I then was firm and asked for something this week because I have three children and one is a baby who needs refridgerated milk. I explained that the situation is becoming dire and I needed help. I then was passed to a manager who then said the owner would call me. Ellen quickly called back and things escalated quickly. She was screaming at me and and said I was name calling and threatening and they couldn't prove that I even had children. I never threatened or name called. I did say my situation was dire and I did say I would contact the BBB, but neither are threats. I asked Ellen "are you serious" when she was screaming and she continued. I hung up the phone because I will not be berated my a company. She called back and left a voicemail continuing to be very rude and make accusations. I have saved the voicemail. This is so unfortunate to have a company like this in the Brazos Valley. Thankfully my home warranty company has intervened

This place is horrible. Was tied up in a simple dishwasher tech repair for 4 months with them. Then when expressed my desperation with them for help, supervisor named Ellen hung up on me and said they won't help anymore. Needless to say my dishwasher is still not fixed yet they sure kept my money. Lawsuit waiting to happen with them. They wasted 4 of my work days waiting for them as it took 4 appointments with a 5hr window and yet still not fixed. Would never ever deal with these greedy people again. This is my first yelp post. And unfortunately it's about a badly run business apparently who doesn't care once they have their money. Do not use. Better options out there for sure! Make sure AHS does not refer you to this business for repairs! Bad experience.

This place is a joke and have no idea why they are in business. The rudest customer service ever. I had a 12-5 window. They called ahead letting me know they were on their way and asked me to call back to confirm. I called multiple times and there was no answer so I left a voicemail letting them know I would be at the residence at 12. After waiting and no one showed up I called and was told by the same rude supervisor (owner) that the tech had left the area and would not return because I did not return a call. I explained that I did return the call three different times and no one answered and I left a voice message confirming. She proceeded to berate me about how this was not their fault and it was my problem. She is a horrible person that should never be allowed to pick up a phone. It was 1000 times worse than going to the DVM on a bad day. Call them at your own risk....

I am not one to write reviews, but this company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I felt that I needed to inform other potential customers. Lowe's scheduled Paul's Appliance to come out and service my washing machine between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. I rearranged my day to be home. They called 6 times between 7:38 and 7:45, which I unfortunately missed because I was bringing the kids to school. I saw the missed calls when I got home and promptly called them back (it was 8:00 am when I returned their calls). At that time I was told by Ellen that they had moved out of the area and would not return. I was obviously upset and told her that I wanted to speak to the owner/manager. She claimed that she was the owner/manager and got very ugly with me. I asked her to reschedule the service and told her that I was going to talk to Lowe's about what happened. She refused to reschedule my service, said she was going to call Lowe's about me, and then hung up on me ??!!

Horrible customer service. Scheduled with this company due to warranty referral. Took off work to be home during the 4 hour window of my appointment. No one showed. I called and the rude woman answering the phones claims she warned me that no one would come if they couldn't get an answer on the phone. First, she made no such warning. Second, my phone never rang. Supposedly, the repairman was in my area but didn't come because he couldn't get me on the phone. If you're in my area, why not come to my house and see if I'm home? Maybe I'm in the ladies' room, maybe I've walked to the mailbox, maybe you never called! I inquired as to why he didn't call back again before leaving town to work on another call. She became rude and said I could reschedule but it'd be next week before they could return. Really? Reschedule, take off work again, and risk that they never call or show up again? I don't think so. Very rude and no customer service skills. I would definitely NOT use them again. Calling LG back to get a different warranty repairman.

For the past 10 years, he has consistently provided me with excellent service, very fair pricing and extreme reliability. He has repaired many washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, stoves and other similar appliances and he is the first person I call when looking to purchase a quality used replacement appliance. One of his best qualities is the ability to honestly tell me when I have an issue that is not an area of his expertise and always refers me to someone in that area of speciality that has proven to be equally reliable and fair in pricing. I would adamantly disagree with the previous review based on years of personal experience. I would also point out that any time an authorized service tech is called in from your warranty policy, you are at the mercy of the company with whom you've purchased the warranty. Call Norman directly and he will certainly tell you if he is an authorized service tech with your appliance and warranty company and will schedule service accordingly.
