People BEWARE!Worst refrigeration guy.Sent me an invoice (bill) for $255.00 for work I never authorized nor was aware of.I already hired him to do a walk in cooler installation job.He failed to remember that we agreed to a set price and Bob wasn't having it.He called the work off.I said fine.Next day,my walk in cooler is getting hotter.I called a real refrigeration specialist,he found a hole drilled in my refrigeration pipe.Out of contempt,Bob damaged my property/equipment and violated EPA laws and polluted the environment with refrigerant gas.Malicious and childish behavior from a so called professional.I suppose I hurt his ego.He never ever communicated with me as to what he was going to do and when.He was always vague.Get a work contract with Bob as soon as possible, hold his feet to the fire.Working without a contract is the way that Bob can take advantage of people.If you have a fall out with Bob,he just might damage your property/equipment.He did to me.Don't hire him.

Bob is a true professional who cares about his customers. I called him when my AC went out on a 85 degree day. Bob was at my home within an hour of that call. We had our new AC installed 2 days later. You won't find that service & commitment anywhere. A BIG thank you Bob! from Hillrose
