The people who worked here were nice, but I had very poor service. I had a french manicure and pedicure (the manicure was gel) and the work was pretty sloppy. There was no top coat done on my toes and the polish on my finger nails was uneven. She files my nails with used emory boards and I noticed the polish peeling off within two days. For the service it was very overpriced at $55. I will not be going here again.

LOVE their service. Lee &Tom are very kind, generous and friendly people. They offer nail service and waxing service! They are fast and friendly! Amazing work with a nail brush, free hand! Check them out next time you are shopping at WalMart!

Well, like others where do I start???? First everything in that establishment is dirty! The tops of bottles, the inside of the "gel drier" filthy, and the jar with sterilizing liquid was gross. The woman doing my nails clipped EVERY finger, one badly! She talked on the cell phone, ear bud in the ear through the whole appointment and then charged me $33 for what was marked on the board there for $26. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the tip on my card, to which I said no. The sign on the checkout table said the "please pay tip in cash" Pretty presumptive for a lousy job. I'll NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know not to bother either!!! Ann G,

I'm not even sure where to start. My mom, 6 year old sister and I went today, and I can honestly say that I could've just bought the polish and done it myself. First, the woman sat my mom and I next to each other, not facing my sister who was 2 rows behind us. Then I noticed fingernail clippings on the counter that I was sitting at (not mine). Uh, yuck. The woman put cuticle softener on my mom, put her hands in plastic baggies, and then put her hands in those warming mitt things, which eventually got way too hot for her. She then proceeded to file my nails (not after clipping them), and then walked away to do to my sister what she had done to my mom. She didn't cut my nails, or my moms before filing. I think about 15 minutes later I heard my sister saying "ow ow ow ow" and another woman tending to another client near my sister, took the mitts off of her. Thankfully, this woman took care of my sister, instead of the woman who took care of me and my mom. Eventually, she put the baggies and mitts on me, but they hardly got warm, and she barely put my hands inside them. I ended up filing my nails a little bit because they were uneven and had points here and there. She seemed to pay more attention to absolutely everything around us, and not what she was doing to us. She didn't sit down in front of either of us once, and was not very conversational. She also clipped my cuticle a little too much and it began to bleed, but she didn't notice, and when she was putting the base clear coat on my nails, she skipped one of my fingers (I think in an attempt to wipe away the blood before I saw it). There were a few moments when I was sitting there with my hands in the mitts when I thought of getting up, washing my hands, and painting my own nails. I think the only thing I liked about it was the color (Road House Blues by OPI...highly recommended).

Needless to say, I probably won't be back anytime soon. I didn't get the hand massage, or lotioning that I had imagined. We went because we thought it would be cheap, and the place that we had gotten our toes done earlier (C&T Nails in Topsham...also recommend) had nearly filled up, and we needed to pick my sister up from summer camp anyway.

Also, one more point. A woman walked in saying she had a 4:30 appointment with someone, and she ended up having to go shopping for 15 or 20 minutes because the woman had just started with another client...

I guess that's what you get for getting your nails done in a Walmart...
