Knowledgable staff that is courteous and will go out of their way to help the customer. This is a full service farm center for the farmer and homegarderer as well. If they do not have what you are specially looking for they will not try to sell you something else and represent it as what yu asked for. Otherwise, I have always found them to be honest which means a lot to me.
