I had Monique's make our bridal and groom's cake and was not disappointed. The tasting appointment we set up was very professional and friendly. They neatly showcased the different combinations of flavors we could choose from and worked with us from there. The cakes were delivered in great condition even though it was a bit of a drive to my reception location. They executed the design of our cakes very well and made sure it tasted just as great as the day we went in for our tasting appointment. I did not have much communication directly with them but instead through our wedding planner so do not have too much input on that end. However, everything worked out without complications so I would say it was definitely a great service.

I would not recommend this bakery to anybody. My wife and I wanted to support a local business by ordering a birthday pie for our daughter. We placed an order with this bakery and asked if they are able to make a mudd pie for our daughter and if it could be strictly chocolate and made for a child to consume. They said it would not be a problem. We went ahead and paid in advance for the pie. When it was time for us to pick up the pie it was horrible and was not made in the manner it was suppose to be. We asked to speak to the owner but was told that she left for the day. We continued to try and contact the owner with no luck. We left a contact number but was never contacted and this nightmare started February 5. The pie which we were charged $15 was not worth the pie pan it was in. We ended up salvaging our daughter's birthday by purchasing a pie similar to the one my daughter wanted from Walmart for under $5. This has been a lesson learned and I hope other people will learn from our experience and do not bother shopping at this bakery unless you are looking for poor customer service. Please be warned! Do not get anything from here!
