Dr Woodruff and the staff are excellent! My golden retriever had serious weight lose issues, she was gonna die. Dr. Woodruff did not give up! Thanks to his dedication and willingness to go above and beyond our dog is now healthy and happy. Highly recommend!!!

We took our dog in for a dental cleaning. We were told via a phone call that he needed multiple teeth removed. Obviously I was upset and had a lot of questions, since I had to make an immediate decision as my dog was under anesthesia. When I spoke with Dr. Woodruff the next day, I had more questions which he must have taken offense to as he told me I was being very difficult, asking more questions than any of his other clients and basically wasting his time as he stated this "frustration" was not worth his time. He then told me that I was no longer welcome there, which I would NEVER take my dog there again anyway!!! I was appalled, never expecting this kind of behavior from a professional! Dr. Woodruff was VERY unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude! He should not be in this profession if he cannot answer the questions of upset clients who only care about the health of their animal without becoming defensive. His behavior was completely uncalled for!!!

Dr. Woodruff is wonderful. He originally came to me because he wanted to help rescue animals (I run a small rescue). I had a vet but I was so impressed with the fact that he wanted to make a difference with local rescued dogs that I decided to give him a try.



Within 2 months even my 2 personal dogs were also moved into his care because of his compassion and attention to detail. He has no problem crawling into the floor to make scared dogs feel comfortable, being patient with those who feel like they need to snap at him and loving on every single dog.



I have worked with many vets in and around the city, and Dr. Woodruff is by far the most accommodating and dedicated vets I have had the pleasure to work with. He is affordable and he never makes you feel stupid when you ask a question. He listens to your concerns and takes as much time as needed to provide the care that you and your pet deserve.



My rescues and my personal dogs are like my children. Doc understands this and treats them with dignity and respect.



They did have a couple of bumps in the road with a receptionist but Doc quickly jumped on this issue by changing the staff in order to guarantee that his customers are treated with empathy and kindness when they call.



Quality and service is their number one priorty.

I have been taking my 4 furry kids to The Pet Clinic of Brownsburg for almost 2 years and have always received great care! Dr Woodruff has a wonderful bedside manner and will even get down on the floor to exam a pet. They are one of the most affordable vets around and I highly recommend them!

When I first took my dog to this clinic, they were at a different location with a female vet! She was great, prices were reasonable! I recommended everyone to this clinic. Over the last couple years things have changed quite a bit, the people I recommended to this clinic with their stories about the clinic and now my last visit there have definitely convinced me its time to go somewhere else. The ladies answering the phone, have no people skills. It seems like greed has taken over....my dogs procedure started out to be at a reasonable cost, i was given an estimate as the day went on the bill increased $400, they found every way possible to increase it. Of course we had to agree to it, that's our baby and what other option did we have, she was already in their hands. We will never go back and I will not recommend them to anyone. My brother was taking his dogs there and after his last visit and our dogs last visit he will take his 4 dogs elsewhere!!!!! I know of at least 10 dogs now going to different vets because of how the owner of these dogs were treated.

Prices are reasonable. But quality of care is mediocre. Ok place for vaccinations. If serious care is required look elsewhere.

I took all 3 of my cats here for there shots and it didnt cost me a fortune. I saw Dr. Smith and she was great! The whole staff was very nice and helpful. I would reccomend this clinic to everyone I know.
