The drive through at the Bardstown Road USBank is very slow. The tellers are quick enough but the machine is not.
This is just one of many major issues with them, but they hit us with early termination fees of nearly $1,000 for refinancing our home equity loan with another ban after having the loan with Republic Bank for nearly 3 years. Having a business relationship with Republic Bank felt like being in an abusive personal relationship where if you leave the relationship, they are going to make sure they make you pay. I hope for this company to eventually go out of business. Folks in the branches are nice, but their leadership is disgusting.
Poor service never answers the phone always go straight to the voicemail. Ask the lady to do rush card on Monday she said she will do it but idk

Unequivocally, stay away and try the museums. Attended the Kentucky Derby on May 5, 2013. Gen admission is now outrageous, $40; fortunately, there are scalpers for less money. There are no accommodations for handicapped, a huge shortage of toilets and not hardly any places to just sit down and rest for a few moments. Race visibility is terrible. There's no customer service for the basics like finding a location - sure there are some ushers but many of them don't know other places at the track. There's way too much of a concern for security and with the closing of Central Ave getting around the area is close to impossible. Finally, there are too many drunks walking around dropping their glasses of mint julips and thus shattered glass is not fun or healthy. In the revived downtown locales you may find greater enjoyment.
