        Overall

        We bought 3 cords of season wood and had it delivered in October. We have a Napoleon Wood Burning Insert. The wood was delivered and we started using it. The wood was not season. We had so much trouble starting a fire lots of smoke and glass dark all the time. We called our Chimney Sweeper thinking it was our stove they said no it is the wood. Well here we are cold weather coming and unseason wood. I called Reynolds and they said it was season we asked how long they said 6 months. Well 6 months is not season wood. He said he would bring some season wood to us. Well a month later we are still waiting. We have to hunt through the piles of stack wood that looks season. I am constantly splitting wood pieces to get them small enough to burn.
        So disappointing. We have had wood delivered for over 10 years and never had this problem.
