        Don't buy, dishonest

        Salesmen at Continental never disclose that the tiles are non-refundable and put a lot of pressure on your to buy. And they never let you know that maybe the lots of tile are not true to the display that they have. Not until after the fact that you purchase it, receive it, and notice that they are not the correct tile do they start with their bull about the refund process and that the tiles are not guaranteed to look like the display. STAY AWAY! DISHONEST!

        Very dishonest. Do not disclose any of their policies until after you purchase and need to return the merchandise. The salesmen are rude and talk down to you. When you receive the wrong tile they blame it on you and say that it was your fault and will not allow any exchanges. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DISHONEST.
