        The tech guy is great he know what his doing and always have and smiley he explain what is wrong and try to find out if they have the part available or not.

        This is NOT local. Its a national call center. I wanted to be able pick up a simple part at a local store. "Ken" was not able to find the part in stock, locally. He insisted that I order it and have it sent. I told him I can order it... "Ken" said, "I hope you DON'T find it" This is why SEARS is going out of business... no parts and no customer service.
