Mcdonalds now delivers your food to your table i guess DQ was taking alot of business because of the personal touches. Friendly employees. Clean, good food. Only negative i saw was the amount of cars, they are all around the building, super busy. Be careful when walking from your car to restaurant cause you might get hit by a car.
Behind the counter is a mess. The employees seem like they are on cloud 9 not really paying attention. The lady in front of me had to tell the lady preparing the sandwich 3 times that she didnt want a lot of onions & another 3 times when she wanted additional dressing. When i asked for light lettuce it was like talking to a wall so when i asked her to remove some of it she got upset & grabbed a bunch & threw them away. She didnt say hello or thank you or anything. When i went to pay the girl at the register was also out of it but at least she was nice. I asked her for some italian dressing & she gave me a small packet of oil & vinegar which isnt what i wanted she finally gave me a little container of vinagrette dressing. The blt sandwich was good but didnt have a lot of bacon. I would go there again only because they are the closes Subway but i will try Blimpie & there is always Wawa (make great subs) & of course Publix (a bit too busy simetimes).
My father just went through your drive thru and ordered 2 milkshakes. I'm extremely upset that the person working the drive thru practically threw the drinks at him! Granted, he's elderly and slow but that's NO EXCUSE for being mean and rude!! I think you need to remove her from your drive thru and your payroll and replace her with someone who is patient, kind and understanding! I can be reached at email@example.com.
The manager is absolutely rude. Where do they get these people with no customer service from.
