The WORST company EVER! This was the most unprofessional place I've ever been employed. The entire company is corrupt, don't waste you're time with these people they're sole job is to rip you off! Not to mention the management is absolutely horrendous, sending nudes to female employees during work and vice versa! When I brought this to the attention of management I was terminated... I'm looking to expose them for the what they are... SCUM!

As I have a Boost Mobile phone and was having problems running out of memory frequntly, I went into the Boost Mobile store in Brooksville.The gentleman that talked to me gave me the impression that he was the owner, and he told me about the HTC 626s Desire cell phone with 16G rom and said I would never run out of memory for only $79.I said ok I would buy one, he went into the back and when he returned he said he was out of stock but his store at 6220 Commercial Way Brooksville had them in stock and he called that store to confirm, so off I went.When I arrived at that store the girl was waiting for me and she asked if I wanted her to change my service over to the new phone, and I said yes, she took a long time doing this and by the time she finished I was in a rush for an appoint ment, so I paid and left.It was a Saturday and I didnt have time to really check out the phone till that evening, and when I did I found that the phone was only 8G rom, with only 3G left that I could use.I couldnt go back to the store until Monday when it reopened to take it back, and she said that she did not have the 16G in stock but she had other 16G phones but the were more money, which I declined and said, no just give me a refund, and at that time another very rough lookin gentleman came in and said he was the boss of the company and he said if I returned the phone I would have to pay a 50% restocking charge.This all seemed like a setup and I could not do anything, I was so angry I just slammed the phone down on the counter and left.as I was leaveing they were laughing and saying Merry Christmas and have a good day.As soon as I can, I am changing my service and will never use Boost or cybercellular again
