I am a Senior and do not have the knowledge like the young people do.I appreciated her kindnness and patience in expalining to me aspects of the phone. She certainly handled the problem. If i could leave this place zero stars I wouldMy wife brought her favorite phone Nokia Lumia 800 to the store Dr Wireless to get SIM card frame pulled out. It was not done, but they've wrested things out and broken the AMOLED glass screen. the clips inside were smashed the expensive Amoled phone screen wos broken. After that she was offered her to buy there another phone. The phone now is completely destroyed, glass is cracked and SIM card can't be inserted. My wife came very dissapointed and crying after this service. Then I went to the store with my wife to find out what was wrong. The owner was very rude to us and said my wife brought them a phone with already broken screen. In addition, he said that we should pay them for time spent on this service. My wife used and liked this phone for several years. I gave her a few years ago for the birthday present. This phone had an Amoled-screen, which you can use under the bright sun. The phone was very high quality, which was produced in Scandinavian country Finland. I complain about the business bureau to because they can not do business such as repairing phones if they are broken. In addition, I want to warn other customers about very low quality of service in that place.

They fixed my iPhone quickly and efficiently. I mean I had cracked the screen while it fell into this big puddle. I ended up having a completely water damaged phone. These guys are geniuses, because they restored my phone and NONE OF MY INFO WAS LOST. Plus i got a new screen. Thank you guyss

It is my experience on 12/26/16 in Verizon Wireless Store at 2141 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY. I am a 17 years customer with Verizon Wireless. I'll join my husband family plan in another carrier so I'll close my Verizon account. On 12/26, the new carrier need my Verizon account and pin #. I didn't have the info on hand so I just walked to the Verizon store (on the same block). I asked a customer representative who is about 30 years old white man with eyeglasses. When he knew I close my account, his face turned very ugly & nasty immediately. I told him I've been with Verizon for 17 years and my reason to close account. He's so rude and yelled, "WHY don't you bring your husband here?....... That is ridiculous to change to T-Mxxxxx.........." He threw my ID back roughly on the table and yelled again, "Your husband has to see me!" He gave me a really hard time and didn't offer any help! I left the store right away and I got my info by calling 611. What a shame! After as a 17-years customer with Verizon Wireless, the last thing Verizon left me are rudeness, disrespectful and insulting.
