My family uses New Bell often. Car arrived on time got me to my destination safe. Very professional and polite driver.
New Bell is my go-to. That's because it seems to be the go-to for Pratt, down the street from me. Timely arrivals on my past several trips with nice vehicles, good drivers, and reasonable prices keep me using them - usually $10 within two miles.
i was running late to the airport i called them up they said 10 minutes driver was there in 5 and thanks to new bell i actually made my flight. in the past things been shaky but i am glad for that driver thanks new bell.

I used them this past weekend to take me to the airport after all of the snow and they were there prompty within the noted 10 min, they accept credit cards, and didn't price gauge and only charged $28 to LGA from Bed Stuy. They are going on my permanent cab list
Last Saturday in at 7am my car battery was dead and I needed to get to work. After 30 minutes of flagging down other car service cars (there were no other cars at that hour), who all wanted $10 for a jump, a New Bell driver pulled over and jumped me for free. If there is a code of good will among drivers, New Bell seems to be the only car service in Clinton Hill that follows it. And for this I will continue to remain loyal.
By far the best car service in the area, so yes of course you may happen to have a bad/rude driver but guess what ? There must be at least 60 drivers affiliated with the base, and drivers are human beings, when it comes to the dispatchers they are also human beings and sometimes are overwhelmed with calls so the timing may be 5 minutes but sometimes 10 or if a driver is around the corner 2 minutes.
HORRIBLE. If i could i would give 0 stars. The lack of professionalism in this case was ASTOUNDING. I called for a pet friendly vehicle and did not get one. We use this service because it has pet friendly vehicles and we needed to transport a dog to the vet. After waiting for 30+ minutes for a car, the driver pulls up outside the vet and sees that we have a dog and will NOT allow us into his car. He then begins to argue with me about how the service didn't tell him we had a dog, and he didn't want to let us in. After convincing him that my hypoallergenic, non-shedding sheep dog would be fine, he then ALLOWS us to put her in his SUV trunk on top of pee pee pads that I had received from the vet so she was not actually touching his "precious" car. He then proceeds to call the service and yell about the fact that we are in his car and he didn't want to drive us within earshot so we, as the passengers, heard the conversation and rode with him very uncomfortably. If it were a quick service we would have waited for the next car, but with a sick dog we just wanted to get her home as quickly as possible. I then call to complain about the driver when I get home, and the customer service department acts like its my fault and defends this jerk to me and tells me that the driver called them again to complain about us! One of the absolute WORST experiences I have ever had and I caution anyone from using this service. Mean angry drivers, and terrible customer service. A industry based around consumers should know that the customer is always right, and in this case I absolutely was. I have never been treated so poorly.
