Excellent salon! Great customer service, great accommodation, coziness, cleanliness is impeccable! They offer the best name brands of nail polish: Essie and OPI...
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!If I could give no stars I would.I waited outside the salon in the rain for 1 hour for this place to open. Then when they did open. I was the first one to get my nails done by Amabelle.she was about to start on my nails, until a lady walked in yelling that she had an appointment with Amabelle first. Amabelle was incredibly rude to me, to make a long story short, she basically made me get up and leave and refused to do my nails before the lady. They have no signs stating that they go by appointments and it's always first come first served. If you care about service, DON'T ever go here.
Not a big place but very clean. The technicians are nice and professional. I've been countless times and have always liked the way my manicures and pedicures have come out. Good selection of colors. Short 3 min massage could be a bit stronger but it's still nice to have while drying your nails. I will return most likely.
Love my gel manicure! Walked in on a Friday around 4pm and the wait was about 15 mins. Was in and out around an hour. Great experience & would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
A fantastic place to treat yourself to a cheap pedicure when you're flying solo. This is a great place for an inexpensive yet well done mani/pedi. I like that they tell you what they're going to do next and ask if it's okay.
Very clean and renovated place. I tried dip powder for the first time and I am in love. The process is just as lengthy as gel but they say it's healthier for your nails. I am so satisfied with this experience.
This place is the cutest! It's so cozy and the decor is adorable. The best dry powder manicure I've ever had. They look perfect! The staff were very nice and accommodating. I'm so excited to have found my go-to nail salon
Bad quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I got my nails done on a Saturday, by the next day 2 nails fell off, by Wednesday when I actually was able to return to have them fix it because they weren't done properly I was down to 5 nails (the entire right hand came off) when I got there they were trying to tell me it would be an additional 25 dollars to get them fix, now I payed $30 to begin with, that's basically $15 a hand, $3 a finger. For starters I don't believe I needed to be charge because your stylist didn't do a good job. Second, if I only need ONE hand redone why am I being charged for almost as much as it cost me to get a full set? It hasn't even been a full week, today is Thursday and I lost 3 more nails on the other hand. Waste of my time and money!
By far the worst nail job I have ever gotten and could I also mention they are quite racist as well. So I bought a groupon for a mani and pedi and I came about 45-1 hour late. But I did call saying I will be late and the front desk clerk said sure no problem without asking how late I would be. I finally got there and everyone just gave me a strange look (as I am an african american woman) the only one in the store while everyone else was white. They had the look of what is she possibly doing here. So the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and told me "oh you're too late, we can't take you but you can reschedule" and I replied saying "I can't reschedule because I am an extremely busy person I will not have any time soon to come back" so with a look and tone of disgust she like "ughh i'll find someone to take you" she led me to this table with an old russian woman who was set to do my manicure which was a AWFUL job, she didn't cut my cuticles, screamed at me like "push back or cut" and I asked her what it meant she didnt reply so I told her don't scream at me. She literally butched my cuticles and I bled a couple times. When she started applying the nail polish it looked like my niece did my nails (just nasty!!!) there was polish all over the sides. Then to make it WORST they have no where for you to dry your nails). So im sitting there just incredibly pissed off. Then she took a disinfectant and sprayed it all over where I got my nails done and the utensils she used for my manicure. So im thinking I didnt see her do that for the previous customers.... So after about 10 minutes I got up with anger and walked out feeling entirely upset and discriminated. Later the front desk clerk ran outside like "excuse me, you dont want your pedicure"? I didnt realize when tears just started streaming down my eyes like "look at my nails their so ugly my cuticles are messed up and I've never been so racially discriminated in my life" (I cried not because of the nails but the fact that I paid for this service and was ill-treated, and GOD knows I had some rude things to say but just keeping it in for the sake of being the bigger person pissed me off) they "no we're not racist, we have a black girl working here, Trinidadian I think...." (and im here thinking just because you have a black employee doesn't make you a non-racist, you don't even know her name but you you label her based on her origin...right) So they're like come back we'll do your pedicure real nice (which also came out as a total disaster). She later gave me a nail filer, travel size lotion and a keychain for their store stating "we're sorry you felt this way" (threw all of it in the garbage) I went home and literally removed all the nail polish. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!! I will never return back here and I advise anyone who wants a well done mani and pedi to learn from my experience.
Salon was dirty, chairs were broken extremely old, mirrors were dirty, salon has been in existence for 15 years they really need a makeover, they do good work, however with a makeover they probably would draw more customers. Don't think I would be visiting again to many other nice nail salons in the area which makes any customers visit more comfortable, salon is an eyesore, please fix it up for 2017
