This organization is absolutely terrible. You're special needs child will not benefit from this program in the slightest. Not only do they not do much with the kids in regards to building vital, everyday living skills...but they don't even communicate or let you know what they did or where they went with your child. My child skills has DECLINED since she started (over 4 years!). Currently in the works of removing her. She has come home with too many problems, either physically or emotionally and I've had enough. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.
Disclaimer: I was a former employee. The Directors make it a point to hire the best therapists and support staff. They also continuously offer trainings to all staff and encourage both therapists and staff to continue education within their field. Their commitment to the Special Needs community and their desire to truly help families and children make them stand out among other agencies. I would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone who is in need of Early Intervention services.
Their security officers suck all they do is sit sit behind the desk and disrespect tenants by calling them out of character. There's no supervisors number to call and give complain about them. Who wants to live in a residential building when you're uncomfortable with a security guard.

The review is horrible I did training for King Teleservices and the passing grade was 85 I recieved a 84..but they should of hired me, now they are in big trouble, the trainer Elijah Alexander was smug and condescending to me as well, which it is good for them, to get into troubleIt just go to show you, don't do bad things to good people because at the end you get burned...:-)
Problem small or big, get the help you want and service with a smile
stay the hell away..they will keep you in the dark till the very last minute in a legal situation and will be highly dismissive and have no credo or adherence for the need of good customer service and create alot of tension and friction over the phone while you're asking questions. also every level of the organization is arrogant from receptionist to the director and in-between,and well about your legal case and their trustworthyness. Noooooooo stay away and kill it with fire!
