Dear Sirs, I am writing about Jessully Veras. I was in the store today and she gave me excellent service. She went above and beyond to help me with my phone. I am a Senior and do not have the knowledge like the young people do.I appreciated her kindnness and patience in expalining to me aspects of the phone. She certainly handled the problem. Thank God for her.
I was overcharged on my debit card i didnt realized the lady charged me $100 to connect a $50 phone line to metro pcs. I had gone back and she had made up few excuses as to why i was charged "including tax" and how she had told me it was $100, but had told me it was $80. I had ask another metro pcs store the price to connect a phone he told me $72. She didn't want to give me my money back but gave me a coupon like as if i need phone accessory. This really upsetted me

They fixed my iPhone quickly and efficiently. I mean I had cracked the screen while it fell into this big puddle. I ended up having a completely water damaged phone. These guys are geniuses, because they restored my phone and NONE OF MY INFO WAS LOST. Plus i got a new screen. Thank you guyss

It is my experience on 12/26/16 in Verizon Wireless Store at 2141 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY. I am a 17 years customer with Verizon Wireless. I'll join my husband family plan in another carrier so I'll close my Verizon account. On 12/26, the new carrier need my Verizon account and pin #. I didn't have the info on hand so I just walked to the Verizon store (on the same block). I asked a customer representative who is about 30 years old white man with eyeglasses. When he knew I close my account, his face turned very ugly & nasty immediately. I told him I've been with Verizon for 17 years and my reason to close account. He's so rude and yelled, "WHY don't you bring your husband here?....... That is ridiculous to change to T-Mxxxxx.........." He threw my ID back roughly on the table and yelled again, "Your husband has to see me!" He gave me a really hard time and didn't offer any help! I left the store right away and I got my info by calling 611. What a shame! After as a 17-years customer with Verizon Wireless, the last thing Verizon left me are rudeness, disrespectful and insulting.

I had phone problems while visiting Brooklyn from out of town. KO helped me promptly and with courtesy. he not only did a great job but saved me money as well. Best kept secret in Brooklyn.
