This week I had the "pleasure" of being recommended by Jandy, to use your pool services for one of my accounts. I spoke to Tom Richard Tuesday where he gave me the cost of the service and notified me Friday they would be in my area. I attempted to call Richard Wednesday, no answer, Thursday, out of the office. Friday morning I get a message stating that they do not service that unit, "sorry". The problem being that I gave Richard the model of the unit on Tuesday, several days prior. Once I got him on the phone, his answer was "well I didn't exactly tell you we would service you on Friday, simply that we were in the area" this obviously caused me to become quite irate. I then ask to speak to a supervisor, in which Tom gets on the phone and says "if you don't like our service, complain to Jandy, and call another place" that's exactly how he picks up the phone. So I would like to speak with someone credible, responible and competent. I have to now deal with the repercussions of their unprofessionalism. I currently manage/service upwards of 40 commercial swimming pools in the Brooklyn, Queens and Nassau area, several of these accounts currently work with your company for various reasons. I will be letting them know the level of service you provide. I will also make sure to post this publicly. Thank you
