The church of my youth. The best years of my life. I received my First Holy Communion there. Was an Altar Boy and was fortunate to have had the ultimate moderator, Fr. DeSantis.
I LIKE THE CLEANSINESS OF THE CHURCH, AND IT IS CATEGORIZE THE BELIEF SYTEM WITHIN A REALITY EVEN THOUGH WE ARE BATTELING SPIRITUAL WAR WITHIN THE WORLD AND LIVING MUST BE SUPPORTED AND BECOME HAPPINESS TO SHOW ACHIEVE, CARE SMARTS',(THEORY)TO GRADUATE THIS SYSTEM AND UNIVERSE WE HAVE. ALSO A RELIGION FOR THE FAMILY SYSTEM IN CHURCH OR MIRACLES THAT PROCEED FROM ONE OR MEMBERS OF A UNIT A TEAM A COMPANY AND THATS' FACTS. FOR YOU YOURSELF IN ECONOMY. I KNOW I CAN MAKE MIRACLES WHERE ELSE CAN I BRING THIS GIFT I HAVE THE CHURCH ALLOWS ME AND THATS' A COMMUNITY ALL BY IT SELF
Beautiful and loving church! Inclusive community. Magnificent altar, rare Munich style stained glass windows and a recently restored 1891 Wissner grand piano. The new pastor is very humble and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome (parishioners, visitors/tourists, art/music/history lovers and more). Well worth a stroll or bike ride along Sackett Street. Masses in English, French and Spanish.
This Church was referenced in the t.v. show Mad Men season 2.
