REMSEN TOWER REVIEWThey will stalk you for rent. They send an email on every 18th even though rent is due on the 1st. They leave a bill under your door. They leave a bill in your mail box and will call you on the 2nd if rent is not paid by the 1st. They have another location in Park Slope. They manage Remsen Towers. Remsen Tower is for a fact visually pleasing, and do a really good job of garbage disposal and making sure the building main areas are clean and decent. Thanks Shine Corp. BUT notice there are no reviews on Remsen Towers any where because they intensely manage Remsen Towers reviews so people will not know they are getting a crummy deal by living in a building filled with trash people, built between 2 very noisy, high traffic main streets, where tons of service trucks and vehicles travel on in the dead middle of the night. EVERY NIGHT. They are trying to make good on their new construction investment, so they will track reviews online. They will do nothing in response to noise issues in the building. They moved some pervert young guy who was harassing me by pounding on my walls and slamming his doors in the middle of the night. He finally stopped when he found a girlfriend. PERVERT. And he had some kind of bug problem because I smelled the strong fumigation coming from his apartment into mine. The bugs came into my apartment and bit me all over my body and face, and ruined my beautiful skin. Then they moved in some crazy nut bag creep above me who literally DOES NOT SLEEP (or has a very weird schedule), and constantly makes noise in the middle of the night, by intentionally taking a metal object and pounding on his floor every night. He now makes sure to do it every night since I asked him to stop. Their response to me was 'move out'. Very unethical people. Change your locks they will come into your apartment every chance they get, especially if you are a young woman living by yourself. There is no explanation to come into a woman's apartment so frequently besides the reason of perverted intentions. Nasty weird people
