Store gave me $15 store credit to spend in 2018, because I bought an item that is worth over $100 in 2017. But I exchanged the item to a different size , so the sales person said I can't spend $15 store credit anymore because I exchanged it in 2018 and was pushy and rude to me, it just does't make any cense, I was disappointed.
This is where I got saved and fill with the holy Ghost.
This organization is absolutely terrible. You're special needs child will not benefit from this program in the slightest. Not only do they not do much with the kids in regards to building vital, everyday living skills...but they don't even communicate or let you know what they did or where they went with your child. My child skills has DECLINED since she started (over 4 years!). Currently in the works of removing her. She has come home with too many problems, either physically or emotionally and I've had enough. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.
My son is 7 mos and has been in daycare since he was 3 mos. I wanted to try this place cause its 2 blocks from home.I checked it out and met with the director Ms. Brown. I paid the $450 to get him started. I dropped my son off on Monday. I called to check on him throughout the day and he’s crying most the time. The woman in the infant area Yvette and Ms. Brown tell me it’s just the first day blues and he’s fine. I left work early to pick up my son and am appalled by what I see. He’s on the mat playing with a toy. The mat is dirty and covered with debris, just like it was on Friday. The women who work there are wearing their street shoes and walking all over the mats! WTF! If the babies are crawling and playing on the mats WHY ON EARTH would you walk on the mat with your shoes?!I took my son home and took off this wet onsie only to discover he is wearing another onsie underneath it. WHO THE HECK puts 2 onsies on a baby? I called Ms. Brown about my refund because I’m returning my son to his old daycare tomorrow. She tells me she no longer works at ABC Ministries so I need to speak to Yvette about that. I called the daycare to try to speak to Yvette she told the person who answered the phone to tell me she’s off the clock. WTF?! So because you’re off the clock you can’t answer a question on the phone? I was eventually routed to Ms. Ward who owns the day care. She asked for my honest opinion why I wanted to remove my son. I told her about the employees wearing shoes in the infant area. She said they always have. I told the mat was soiled and not cleaned from Friday. She told me she had heard enough. Ms. Ward was curt and pompous. She said she would call me back concerning my deposit but never did. I had to keep calling her. I had no problem shelling out $450 in cash to resister my son for 1 day in her grungy daycare. As a business owner I expected the same promptness and some level of professionalism from Ms. Ward. Not the runaround.

I've ordered custom kippot from Greenfeld in the past. Very well done. This time I needed very specialized embroidery and sewing work. Heshy was very helpful throughout the process, especially since we came from far away while we were on vacation in the Brooklyn area. Heshy kept in touch about our order and made sure everything was handled promptly. The cost was very reasonable for all the work that was done. Thank you so much!
Disclaimer: I was a former employee. The Directors make it a point to hire the best therapists and support staff. They also continuously offer trainings to all staff and encourage both therapists and staff to continue education within their field. Their commitment to the Special Needs community and their desire to truly help families and children make them stand out among other agencies. I would recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone who is in need of Early Intervention services.
Their security officers suck all they do is sit sit behind the desk and disrespect tenants by calling them out of character. There's no supervisors number to call and give complain about them. Who wants to live in a residential building when you're uncomfortable with a security guard.
