Nightmare agency l wouldint reccomend this agency to anyone looking for good service our care truth .

The actual therapists and nurses were fine, but the communication from the company to the client is abysmal. Can't get an appointment with visiting professionals until the day of the scheduled appointment. Some of the reps are simply rude--one hung up on me--and will promise to call you back, but don't. One nurse never showed up and I had to call Revival to find out what happened. Be warned and look elsewhere if you can.

I highly recommend this agency! They are very helpful and patient in every way! They make everything very smooth and easy! Keep it up Heart to Heart! I'm glad to be part of the H2H family!!

This is a really great company to work for! They even offer free HHA and PCA training programs in Brooklyn and in the Bronx! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work for a reliable company!!

What a dump agency.cant freaking get a hold of payroll spent almost half an hour on the ligne way to go Edison .

Just started working for this company and already I have regrets. Pay check was late and when I finally received it I was paid for 1 day of work even though I work Mon-Fri. Called payroll and no one answers. Highly unprofessional.

I work for this company and its nothing but a constant headache. Being calling payroll all day about my check. Still haven't received a answer yet. No answer their phones or respond to voicemail you leave for them. Very unprofessional

The aides are lazy, late, and do not follow health plans. My plan is strictly housework. FLoors, laundry, ironing, dishes, and the toilet (not even the whole bathroom).When sweeping/vacuuming they do not move mats, chairs, pet toys, etc.I had to go over their work almost every time (which I'm not suposed to do due to my health).They want to be on the phone, or watch TV. Oh well. I will put on the radio, but no phones while working.I have a Kosher home. THE first question I ask, is if they have ever worked in a Kosher home, they usually answer yes, then get confused when I separate the dishes, give them different sponges, and most of all, tell them to wash the dishes in HOT water.

Do not use this agency, they are horrible. Their Aids are not professional specially a woman by the name Martha, my father has Alzheimer he was a little confused and wanted to go out for fresh air, so instead of calling the family she called the police, the police arrived and they took him to the hospital , they explained that when they get calls like this they must take him to the hospital. Long story short my father was sent to the hospital for no reason, I didn't get any phone call from the aid, if I didn't have a camera I wouldn't even know what's going on. The aid didn't call me or picked up my calls. When I finally arrived to the hospital the aid wasn't even there she just took off. The Drs had no information about him and couldn't communicate with him. It was a real nightmare that all started because he wanted to go outside and she didn't feel taking out.

Worst health care agency. No professionalism. I work for a family member's CDPAS and this agency gave me so much hard time. If you call someone, she'll say the person in charge at restroom or break. you call after an hour, same excuse. There is just too much "I don't know. Call HR or Payroll Dept" excuse. I lost more than 10 hours from my paycheck. If I could, I would give 0 star. Avoid the company. Totally unprofessional. I moved to another agency.
