Where do I begin? My sister and I were browsing for potential bridesmaid dresses and happened to spot a dress in the window of this despicable store. We entered and asked to try on the dress being that I saw my size. The young lady took the dress off the rack, and proceeded to bring it to the back so that I can try it on. As she passed the counter, she told the man (whom I assuming is the manager) that I wanted to try it on. He then rudely began asking me "Oh do you know its $250 ?" and after saying yes that's fine. He then went on to say "Well we work on commission and if you not going to leave a deposit I dont want to order the dresses because then I'm going to lose money" mind you he is yelling this to us and all I wanted to do was try on the dress!!!! But right away it was implied that we could not afford the dress so therefore we weren't worth the time it took to try it on!!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE ANY POTENTIAL SHOPPERS TO AVOID THIS STORE. How do you treat a customer in such a disrespectful manner?!?!?
just shopped in this beautiful boutique, it was wonderful experience, their selection & service are special.
This is my third time shopping here and my third great experience. The gentleman who helped me purchase my sons Communion suit was so helpful and really knew how to pick the suit that matched his size and build. I had the same great experience when I purchased my daughters Communion dress several years back and my other sons Baptismal outfit. Make this your first and only stop!
Worst place ever to buy a girdle. First they have a male sizing the women who has no idea whats going on. Ends up giving you the wrong size in a girdle and they wont exchange or give refund back. Get employees who know what they are doing so people wont loose their money. Don't recommend this store.
My furniture came with scratches all over it they would not take it back so they said there gonna repair it and they still haven't came to fix the scratches and besides the damages I received a bill before the furniture Evan was delivered and just to finish this off the two men that came to install the furniture had no idea how to put it together I had to show them how to assemble the furniture never again will I buy anything from this disgusting business
This company discriminates against Christians! I went today to purchase Christmas outfits for my grandbabies and was told they don't carry Christmas items. I asked why not since I saw it on the website and another store. The employee said it was offensive to Jewish customers. I'll tell you Carters that its offensive to me as a Christian to not have Christmas items! I have never been more upset! The lady tried to call another store, but I don't want to do business with a company that HATES AND DISCRIMINATES against Christians!!!!!! I am signing up with every possible website to leave reviews so that the world know that Carters does not like Christian people! Do not spend your money with this company!!!!! Carters is the same as oshKosh so don't do business with them either!
Whenever we go here for my daughter it;'s a treat, the prices are on the higher end but everything is such good quality.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Terrible service, incompetent alterations! I would be imbarrased to provide such work! I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding and the alaterations (after taking over 6 months) were incomplete, the stiching was improper (just basted), sleeves unscalloped, bustle on the OUTSIDE of the dress. I took it to a competent shop to complete alterations. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!
The sales people are disgusting there.. i went in today to pick up stroller and they could not find me in there system after i put down a $500 deposit. I was told to come back in a week when the owner would return from vacation. About 30 to 20 min later i get a call from them saying to come back and they found me in the system what they found is that they lost an almost $1400 sale.. good for them I bought my stroller else where and am not going to return there.
