They must have paid actors to post these positive reviews because THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE ENTIRE FIVE BOROUGHS OF NYC. Save your time and money and take your car somewhere else. Years ago the department had to close down due to poor service and it looks like they need to close down again. Brought my 2007 Jeep in July of this year paid close to 2000 dollars only to have the check engine light come on one week after getting it serviced. I had to bring it again Tuesday morning (9/18/18). I dropped it off at 7am. Throughout the day, (like 8 times) I called to find out when the car would be ready only to get no answer. Wednesday morning I call again multiple times, no answer, voicemail box was full. After a Google search, I found out the department was closed because of the Jewish holiday. There was no mention on the answering machine that they were CLOSED for the Jewish holiday. Also no signs and noone mentioned their closure on Tuesday when I dropped it off and they never called me to give me a status of my car on Tuesday. Finally Thursday when they reopened, I called only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. I got so frustrated that I had to go straight to the dealership to get my car. When I get there the Manager tells me, "it wasn't looked at yet but I can have someone check it out now if you want". After having it for 2 whole days, it wasn't even looked at????. Either they don't have enough mechanics to handle the amount of cars that come in or they have NO idea what they are doing, so they do patchwork and charge customers an Exorbitant amount of money. Bottomline I have to report them to the better business bureau (BBB) and file a formal complaint because this is unacceptable. No one else should go through what I experienced.
This shop harbors animal abusers. Stay away from this place...dont contribute to them. They have dogs tied up in the cold and mate them to fight.
I have '17 Volvo XC90 and I love this car. Went to Bay Ridge Volvo for a scheduled maintenance service. After a bit of a drama, they thoroughly changed the engine oil and the annoying squeaking brakes. Received flowers for my wife's birthday which was a day after, including a gift card from the Service Manager which was very polite gesture of him. Going back on the road and...Bay Ridge Volvo. Thank you Anthony, Scott and Chris. Well done.
We are from CT. and everyone needs to know this place is dishonest and all the bad reviews are correct. Please don't trust this place. They are not trustworthy, at all! Stay away do NOT buy a truck from them. We bought a truck from International truck repair an Amar assured us it was under the CDL weight which it is NOT the case, and Amar knew this and mislead us. Then Amar let us take the truck knowing that it was unsafe to drive. We are lucky we made it home without crashing. Now they won’t take the truck back and we are left with a truck that we can’t use. Also, I'm now finding out being a dealer he was supposed to do an inspection. Now either he did the inspection and knowingly let us drive an unsafe truck or he didn't do the inspection and by law he was supposed to do it. Amar also claimed that he could register the truck for us after we complained to him, knowing it was illegal to do it at that weight. This place should be shut down they do not abide by the Laws in New York. Also, Amar threatened us. Amar told us to leave this alone if we knew what was good for us, well I don't scare easily. We did contact the DMV and the Attorney General. And I will call every place I can think of to complain about this dishonest business you are running. Your dealer licence should be taken away, your making all the other dealer that follow the rules look bad. Also why ask for the check made out to a person instead of the company ?? Are we trying to hide something or not pay on something??

I had a wonderful experience at Brooklyn Chrysler Dodge. When I went there I met Ralph. He was very wonderful. He introduced himself to me. He was very respectful. He showed me around and show me some cars I might like. When I left I was very satisfied with what I had. I told my friends about my experience with Ralph. They couldn't wait to meet him.
This business is under new ownership since March 2017. All the reviews previous to March 2017 have nothing to do with the new ownership. Our first goal is customer service and we intend on accomplishing that goal! Please try us out.
