        Overall

        I had an unpleasant experience with Nick at Tru Tone. After a misquote and application of rates not discussed Nick ceased to commiunicate with me, keeping my parts. I have been unable to recover my property or have him communicate on the matter. Not the kind of headache I would wish upon anyone.
