He hires his crew from random unskilled laborers standing at the side of the road. Not honest. Not reliable. Do not call or talk to this con artist. He is a liar. Runs out of money and never buys material. Asks for more money and no show the next day. First day he asked to borrow a hammer. What contractor shows up without a hammer? Stay far away!
