        Overall
        My 1987 vested Buy - Back Service Time of some 12 1/2 years.

        As I have asked the NYCERS Retirement time after time just where is all of Vested Buy - Back Service Time because I am not getting any of that time that I did Buy - Back from 1987 to 1999. But instead of that I am only getting $166.00 dollars a month and that just is not right.
