My car was slipping and i thought was a transmission issue. I took it into New Millennium Transmission and after they scanned it they told me it was just some loose fuse and fixed it immediately without any charge. I am sure if I took it to any other place they will tell me it is may transmission and charge me thousands of dollars. The manager was very polite and professional. They now own all of my business an i will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys. Sorry about my rating meant to give you 5*. Awesome workmanship and pleasant atmosphere.
This was my first time visiting New Millennium Transmissions . I must say the welcome I received from the staff was awesome & greatly appreciated. I had no wait time even though I went there in the late afternoon. Their honesty was remarkable when diagnosing my transmission and the service was A+. I now have a really good spot that I can proudly recommend to my families and friends.

Fixing your transmission is comparable to a major operation
Long story short my car stopped moving in the middle of Kings highway and I called these guys
They towed the car in for free and checked and scanned for free
I was very pleased with the level of communication as after the transmission was down I even got to come back to see what was damaged
Which I found pretty cool

New Millennium Transmissions was many things most transmission shops are not. They were helpful, honest, patient, and they were extremely friendly not to mention the fact that they really did try their best to give me the best price for a good quality job done. They were very patient with me as I took care of a car repair for a friend who was out of town on vacation. Thinking that the car may not have been worth the investment, they honestly told me to seriously contemplate whether to try to fix it and to really consider the best direction that would benefit me and my friend most (rather than selling me a transmission). They gave me a very honest opinions & assessment and did a great job of describing in plain english how the inner workings of the transmission operate and affect the performance of the car. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
These guys are the best, fixed my 2009 Nissan Rogue car had major issues whenever I stopped at the light car just didnt want to go, afraid of causing more damage I took it into this shop New Millennium Very Happy with the service price and definitely will be back for any other work.

The guys here owner and manager Ozzie really did their best to explain to me how a transmission works and how the different pieces can cause different problems if damaged . They opened my transmissions and did the rebuild.

I received my car back today and it's running like brand new. I was having serious issues with my transmission and was worried about it breaking down completely on me.
Luckily I was recommended to this shop by my uncle, I have an extended third party warranty
And the guys at the handled it all, they made it go smoothly as they dealt with the back and forth with my warranty company as I went about my business and work.
I am very pleased all of the workers as well as the owner and manager are all nice guys, I really appreciate them explaining everything to me before doing anything.

As for my errands and work, I didn't have to worry as the shop had a loaner waiting for me when I arrived to drop the car off.

My transmission went on my 2006 Nissan Maxima
After calling about 15 shops, I was recommended by a friend to the guys at New Millennium
After describing the issues I was having with my car, Ozie the manager said he can tow it into the shop for free
After checking the car further and discovering my transmission had a few issues , the shop opened up the transmission & did the rebuild.
Very nice guys they even threw in a engine oil change on the house.
All in I'm very pleased with the job and service & the Price!!

I came in with a transmission slamming and being very sluggish and drove out three days later with a great driving vehicle.
These guys know what they are doing, have the tools and manpower to get it done, They also beat the prices of my other repair guys, HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The Bait & Hook tactic is the beginning of the absolutely worst contact Ive had with a "car care specialist". Driving for three decades Ive done business with a fair amount of "car care specialists". After getting an estimate of $2700, with the need for a specialist obvious I agreed, 1 day later I receive a call "we found another problem and we must..... 400 more. Ok. 2 weeks later transmission shows signs of trouble. Armed with a 6month warranty I return to find out its not a problem its to be expected. Two months later the scanner show a "pending" trouble sign which im asked do I know the meaning of pending? Ill keeo it short, I was offered a discount to fix the problem. Dont even give them the benefit of doubt. Theyre the worst!
I brought my '00 Lexus RX 300 on Nov.29th. '14 I was referred by my regular mechanic. Recently my transmission had started shifting incorrectly. I got a reading from Autozone that my "Shift Solenoid" needed to be replace. My mechanic suggested having a transmission service place look the entire transmission over before just fixing one problem. I met Ozzie and asked that I needed a estimate of what needed to be fixed, so I can decide if it was worth the cost of repairing the car. Ozzie informed me that they charge $250 to do the diagnostic to determine what needs to be repaired. I agree to this with the clear understanding that no repairs were to be done without my aprroval. On Monday I called and spoke with Ozzie and he informs that it would cost $2,900 to repair my transmission at which time I decided the cost exceeded the value of the car or what I was willing to pay, so I would just pay the $250 and pick up my car. He then asked for another day to look over the car. On Wednesday he called me with the reduce price of $2,500 and again I said that doesn't work for me, so just have the car ready for me to pick up in a day. He then me that's not possible he can't put the parts back, so I can either bring a transmission for them to install at a cost of $500. I told him I didn't agree to any work being done, so how is it possible that I can't get my car back in the state I dropped it off. I told him I would not pay more then the $250 as discussed and never agreed to the work being done. I told him I planned to just donate the car if I can't get it fixed elsewhere. He then told I could just bring the title and sign it over to him and we'll call it even. THIS IS UNACCECTABLE in any business! I'm now in the process of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the owner Mr Hyaat Ali because I believe this error can be corrected with just returning my car in the condition I dropped it and off paying the $250 for the diagnostic/estimate we had agreed upon. I will update this site accordingly after I talk with the BBB and the owner.
