Lutheran Augustana Center is a nonprofit organization that provides a range of services to individuals for their physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being. It has been operational since 1908 and is located in Brooklyn, N.Y. The organization offers a wide range of services, such as nursing, therapies, phlebotomy, cardiac life support, and subacute, rehabilitation, long-term, palliative and hospice care. It also offers rehabilitation services for treatment of orthopedic, neurological and other medical conditions. Additionally, its rehabilitation services include various therapies, such as physical, speech and occupational. Its rehabilitation garden offers various facilities, such as, a curb, rails and a ramp. Lutheran Augustana Center s food and nutritional services include meals, diet modification, and supplementating and enteral feeding.
