I also specialize in Administration for Children Services (ACS) matters, cases where an individual has been accused of Abuse or Neglect. My philosophy is that clients should not be charged high fees for simple legal cases. Even in more complex matters, my fees are some of the most affordable you find in the State for a lawyer with my experience. BEWARE OF THIS UNETHICAL ATTORNEY. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

My good friend found this attorney online and sought out legal services for a tough financial situation she was in. She decided to discontinue his services, after receiving NO SERVICE, and requested a refund for the monies she had paid him. After not seeing it happen, she contacted her bank and got the charges reversed.



Months after this, the bank sent her a letter stating that The Gilmer Law Firm disputed the charges, leaving her bank account overdrawn by almost $1,000. Smh...... She now has to jump through multiple hoops to get this issue resolved with him and the bank after all these months.



He had no right to dispute charges for which he NEVER provided a service. SHAME ON HIM for his shady business practices. You don't do this to people, especially people who you feel are vulnerable and have no voice. Our friend is filing an official complaint with the NYS Bar. BEWARE.
