Jasm Furniture

I know many people who have bought furniture from here without any issues. Until a couple years ago. My sister and brother in law bought a bedroom set and had minor issues. My co-worker bought a living sofa and had some issues. I heard a few additional stories here and there about others who had issues. I went in when I needed to furnish two rooms in my home. One room was fine. The living room on the other hand has been nothing but a headache. It is 7 months and we are still going back and forth on when and who is paying for a pieces that their delivery guys damaged while putting together incorrectly. Needless to say I will not be going back for the rest of the house furniture. I will update this post once the situation has been rectified.

paid a lot of money for bedroom furniture, and the mattress which came with the bed fell apart with the spring breaking through the mattress like I've never seen before. the salesman was as cold as fish. do not like this place.

I've been to JASM many times over the last 30 yrs or so as well as many family members and friends. I've always been more than happy with the quality of what i've bought and very happy with the salespeople. They take time to recommend the right furniture for me and what I'm looking for and really have the best prices around. They always have patience with me and never rush or pressure me into buying anything which I really appreciate. This is why I keep coming back!! I never bother to go anywhere else!

I have done business here for over 30 yrs. My husbands family has done business with the Dad who was the original owner for over 40 yrs. All of my furniture was of top quality, and the prices couldnt be beat. Nothing is refurbished. I still have my mahogany wood sleigh bed and matching dressers, and it must be at least 15yrs old. I have received nothing but professional help from them in helping me select my furniture, and Im a fussy customer. Looking for a new couch again, and shopped around, but always end up at JASM. And their delivery service is the best also.

Based on the reviews on here, I decided to visit Jasm Furniture and was not impressed. My salesperson was rude and pushy. He got annoyed when I told him I was just looking and tried to make me leave a deposit on a bedroom. He went on to tell me that I can't find a better deal than his store. I not only found a better deal, I got better service at another store.
