I seriously could not give these guys a worse review... 1 star is already too generous.

We have a tub that won't drain, we call our landlord who tells us to be at our apartment between 3-5 pm. My husband leaves work EARLY and these jokers never show up. We call our landlord who says, "Oh, well they said they were there at 5 pm and you guys weren't home." Really? We were home, waiting for them, with our phones handy.

Our landlord calls back and tells us they will be there the next day at 7. Sure enough, 7 pm rolls around... no sign of these guys. I got a call at 9 pm and the person I spoke to LIES and claims that he called at 7 and that we didn't pick up. When I told him that this wasn't possible and that I didn't appreciate his dishonesty he said, "Well I don't like your tone and I see no reason for us to do business together."

Bottom line, these guys are inconsiderate, irresponsible and dishonest. I would never let them into my home and trust them to fix anything.
