Extremely good. Good attitude towards me as a patient

I had been having repeated nosebleeds that were becoming more frequent and heavier. This is a common problem in general, but not for me. Dr. Russo listened to my account of the past two weeks. He didn't cut me off or interrupt. He understood what was bothering me and asked a number of relevant questions. He treated me gently and quickly, minimal pain or discomfort. My problem was solved and Dr. Russo explained how to do follow-up self care.

I know I was there for my nose but realized he didn't check my ears!
